Motherhood is all about striking a perfect balance between the big world and your little wonder inside your home, your baby. Once you become a mother, you are constantly on a guilt trip of not spending enough time or not looking after your baby, the way you used to. While no one gives you guidelines on how to be a good mother, you strive to give your best in this thankless 24*7 job. And television actress, Deepika Singh, who is back on the small screen after the birth of her son, Soham, is making to maintain the balance. Deepika made a huge name in the telly town with her popular acting stint as Sandhya in Diya Aur Baati Hum (2011). However, she took a break from TV as she got pregnant with her first child, Soham. But thanks to her husband, Rohit Raj Goyal, who gave her the confidence to get back on the sets. She is winning our hearts with her supernatural show, Kawach Mahashivratri.
Recently, Deepika's son, Soham accompanied his mommy on the sets. And the actress took to her Instagram handle and shared a few pictures, and wrote, "Soham first on my set." Take a look at the pictures below:
A couple of months ago, Deepika had revealed how her husband has taken a break from his work in order to take care of their son. In an interview with The Times of India, the actress had said, "Rohit has always been supportive. He has taken a break from work right now so that I can concentrate on my new show. Our son, Sohum, is almost one now. I am blessed to have a husband and family that motivate me to pursue my dreams. They are my constant pillars of strength." She had further added, "It was Rohit who boosted my morale and asked me to go ahead with my career. He told me that I have stayed back enough leaving my career for our family life and now that it was his turn. I was delighted and emotional in knowing about his thoughts. It was because of his support that I could leave my baby behind and concentrate on work. Now Soham is with his father when I am shooting for 12 hours. I am unable to constantly check whether he has had food and all. But I know he's fine with his father around."
Deepika had also talked about taking a break while she was at the peak of her career, and had stated "I have always taken things in a flow. I take life as it comes. I don't make intense conscious decisions and I am ready to take whatever life has in store for me. Nothing is certain in life and I believe that God has always been kind to me. I believe in decisions made by God and I welcome them with an open mind and heart. So, I don't really think about anything. I am really happy that I took this decision of being a mother without fearing about my career."
