Yes, Deepika Singh fell in love with the director of her serial, Rohit Raj Goyal and they eventually got married on May 02, 2014, and it was on May 20, 2017, that the couple was blessed with a baby boy, whom they adorably named Soham Goyal. Deepika Singh Goyal took a break from her acting career post the birth of Soham. She had suffered from postpartum depression and had shared the following video on her Instagram handle, and had written, "Everything comes back that my Guruji #sanatanchakarvarty told me during my postpartum days when I was suffering from low energy levels, sore back, low self-esteem, furious about how to take care of baby and myself, how to be regular for the workout. but this line gave me a huge motivation, maybe to you as well."
The one person who has always been supportive of Deepika Singh Goyal is her hubby, Rohit Raj Goyal. Deepika Singh Goyal has shared the most adorable romantic note for her hubby. Calling Rohit Raj Goyal her 'best friend', Deepika posted the following picture and captioned it as, " When I look at you I see a lot of things, my best friend, my soulmate, my secret holder, my tear stopper, my future @rohitraj.goyal."
Deepika Singh Goyal has always been reverently vocal about her Prince Charming, Rohit Raj Goyal. When they were working together on their serial, and the news of their relationship had broken out, she had shared with a media portal, "He has taught me everything. Till now, whatever I have learnt is all because of Rohit. He has moulded me into an actress. I can trust him blindly. We are on set for almost 12-18 hours. In another interview, Deepika Singh Goyal had shared that even after marriage, she calls Rohit Raj Goyal 'sir.' The 29-year-old actress was quoted as saying, "I've always respected him a lot. When I started working with him on Diya Aur Baati Hum, I never knew that one day we will enter into a relationship. He has been my guru and I've become a good performer only because of him. Whatever I can act today is only because he guided me in the right direction. The best part about our relationship is that I respect him a lot and he has that special place in my life. I've always addressed him as sir and will continue to call him sir even after marriage. He has tried many times to make me call him by his name but I can't and I don't think I can ever call him by his name."
Deepika will now be making her big television comeback with Kavach 2. Earlier, she had talked about her sabbatical phase and had shared in a media interaction, "Being on a break and enjoying the phase, Deepika had earlier told a leading daily, “Well, I am on a break now. And I don't want to make myself tired by working in a daily soap until mid-next year at least. However, I don't mind doing a bit of work here and there until then. I believe that an artiste always needs producers and TV channels. Without them, would we thrive?”
In fact, Deepika Singh Goyal and Namik Paul have already shot the mahurat scene for Kavach 2. A source from the serial disclosed recently to an online tabloid. "Deepika and Namik (Paul) shot for their mahurat scene in a Shiv Temple located in Naigaon. Deepika looked very happy, she waited quite a bit before getting a nice break.
