It was the actress' photo dump from her wedding with Ranveer Singh, that had shown us how classy she looks in ethnic attires.

Deepika Padukone enjoys a massive fan-base on her social media handles. Therefore, to wish her fans on Diwali, the Om Shanti Om actress took to her Instagram handle to drop two pictures and flaunted her extremely chic outfit that screamed class. Along the pictures, Deepika penned a heartwarming note for her well-wishers and wrote:
May this year be filled with light, good health and prosperity! Happy Diwali!
In the pictures, we can see Deepika wearing a grapes pink kurta with white embroidery all over the body and a matching dupatta. She styled her hair perfectly and preferred to keep it open. To round up her look, Deepika paired her beautiful outfit with a pair of statement earrings. For the makeup, she kept it minimal with subtle hues of pink. In fact, she was looking so classy that her husband, Ranveer Singh couldn't help but comment, ''Baby baby baby'', followed by lovestruck emoticons.

There is no doubt that Deepika's outfit was a perfect pick for Diwali. However, what caught our attention was its price. The floor-length kurta is from the brand Tornai and comes along with a dupatta and a pant. The set is named as 'Gulbaag Gutlej Ghera set' and has silk organza and handwoven chanderi as the base. The piece is priced at Rs. 70,000 at the brand's official website and features machine embroidery.
A few days back, a close source to Deepika Padukone had shared that the actress would be giving some time to her family as she was busy with her shooting schedules for the past few months. The source had revealed that she would be celebrating her Diwali with close family members by indulging in a getaway. According to the source's words:
"This year Deepika is going to celebrate Diwali with her family but away from home. She has taken a small and much-deserved getaway with her family and will resume work post this. She always tries to keep the festival time for her family."
