Deepika Padukone took her wedding vows with her long-time boyfriend and Bollywood's powerhouse, Ranveer Singh, on November 14-15, 2018, in Italy. Their wedding was a close-knit family affair, and we had hardly gotten any glimpse of their wedding ceremonies. However, later the-then newlywed couple themselves had shared some beautiful pictures from their wedding celebrations, officially announcing that they're each other's forever. For the unversed, Sabyasachi Mukherjee had brought back the ancient Indian textiles, prints and embroideries in his own unique style, and DeepVeer's custom made wedding outfits were, too, a part of his 'The India Revival Project'. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had become a Sabyasachi bride and groom at their wedding. There's no doubt that everyone was in awe of Deepika Padukone's bridal glow, and she had looked nothing less than a royal queen during all her wedding festivities. But according to Bridestoday.in, the actress had achieved that look after following a strict diet plan suggested by her nutritionist and the founder and CEO of EatFit247, Shweta Shah. The dietitian had discovered that Deepika has pitta dosha that means her body characteristics has oil and heat in abundance from the inside. Thus, Shweta maintained a diet plan in order to counter her body's excessive heat. For her big day, Deepika had followed a particular diet, she had startedt her day with a tablespoon of soaked fennel seeds with green detox or oats smoothies all over the day. Coming to the first proper meal of her day, Deepika Padukone was strictly advised by Shweta Shah to have a proper breakfast, and had comprised of healthy eatables like oats, rice, nuts, lentils, and coconut. On the other side, she had also enjoyed upma, porridge, pongal, cilantro, purple cabbage or fennel, and most importantly, some green salad. For the unversed, Deepika is very fond of Italian food lover, which is why at least 3 times in a week, rice and quinoa were curated to maintain a diet-consious meal plan. She had one fruit as her mid-morning snack, healthy vegetable juice for lunch, she would also have some roti along with a bowl full of cooked veggies. Last but not least was the inclusion of zucchini kebabs, beetroot tikki, and herbed hummus in her diet plan. This was the diet plan Shweta had maintained for Deepika prior to her wedding festivities that had helped the actress get that flawless bridal glow.
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh taught us that love could happen to anyone, anytime, and we just have to wait for the right moment and right person.
