Popular television couple, Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee tied the knot in 2011. It was after 11 years of marital bliss, they embraced parenthood for the first time in April 2022 with the arrival of their first child, Lianna. Later, Gurmeet and Debina were blessed with their second child, Divisha, in November 2022. Now, the loving parents got their younger daughter, Divisha's ears pierced, and Debina shared a video of the same.
Recently, Debina Bonnerjee shared a vlog on her YouTube channel and gave her fans a sneak peek into Divisha's ear piercing. For the ceremony, Debina donned a yellow-hued ethnic outfit and left her tresses open. Sharing the details about her dress, the actress slammed trolls who body-shamed her during her post-pregnancy days. Debina shared that it was her favourite dress, but she couldn't fit in it and added:
"This dress for today has a tale, I had got this before the lockdown when we went to Gir. After that, this was my favourite dress, but I couldn't fit it. Thanks to all your comments that you all kept writing, 'You are fat', 'these clothes don't suit you' and all. Do you think you all were discouraging me? No! I found a silver lining in it."

Further in the video, Debina talked about her weight gain and revealed that she wasn't just lazing around, but gained weight due to other reasons. However, she added that people were rude to her and trolled her for the same, but she didn't let it affect her. Mentioning that she now fits well in that outfit, Debina said:
"I knew the reason behind my weight gain, it wasn't because I was lazing around. I had reasons to put on weight. Definitely, you all were rude and still are rude, but I am loving it. I am working on myself, and my diet is on, and so is my workout. I have lost weight as you can see how this outfit has fit me well."
Further, Debina shared a glimpse of how her baby girl, Divisha got her ears pierced. Sharing the details, the loving mommy shared how she and Gurmeet prepared everything that could distract their little one during the whole process. However, Divisha realised that something was wrong and burst out crying even before they pierced her ears. While Gurmeet comforted Divisha, Debina kept all the toys ready for her baby girl and made her laugh during the piercing.

Debina Bonnerjee is loving this new phase of motherhood in her life, and she isn't scared of trolls or online hatred. On May 17, 2023, taking to her IG handle, Debina hosted a Q&A session with her fans and asked them to shoot some questions about her postpartum journey. When one of her fans asked her to share if she has stretch marks, Debina shared a mirror selfie of herself proudly flaunting her weight gain and stretch marks in athleisure. Alongside the picture, she penned a powerful note, which can be read as:
"Yes got a few...But not worried .. they remind me that my body has stretched its limit and done what it has done."
