TV actress, Chahatt Khanna and her estranged hubby, Farhan Mirza are in the headlines these days owing to the troubles in their marital life. SpotboyE approached Farhan to get some scoop and he said that they have neither divorced each other nor are separated yet. But Farhan revealed a shocking news for the fans. He opened up and said that Chahatt Khanna has gone missing and he doesn’t know her whereabouts. Recounting the incident specifically, Farhan said to the media portal that it all happened when they were coming back from Lonavla after celebrating her birthday and they were headed towards her parents’ house in Virar. The couple stayed at Chahatt’s parents’ place and even made love there in the night. But next when they got back to Mumbai, she refused to take Farhan’s calls.
Farhan opened up, “But the next day when we came back, she simply refused to attend my calls. Finally, a male voice answered and she came on the phone only to reject my lunch proposal and say that she does not want to be with me anymore”. Recalling the incidents further, he added, “I then called up her Dad who said that she might be reaching their Virar home. I and my mom dashed off to Virar, but their house was locked. We asked the neighbours and they said that Chahatt has left the building one day ago and her parents had followed suit. Next day my brother's fiancée got a message from Chahatt when she pinged her to know if all was fine”.
And then finally came Chahatt’s message who said, “I want to take a break. Tell Farhan also to take a break. All is good, but I just want to spend some time with only my kids and parents”. And the turmoil didn’t end here. Farhan added, “A couple of days later, Chahatt's Dad messaged me: Aapke bacche hamare paas hai. Kahan hai bata nahin sakte. Waqt aane par bata denge”. Finally, Chahatt’s desire to legally file a divorce fell on Farhan’s head. He unveiled that within 3 hours of getting her dad’s message, Chahatt messaged him saying, “Peace is all I have left you for. I am not missing you and I am filing for divorce”. A few days later came another message which could be read as, “I don't hate you. But I hate myself to do this to myself. You will soon see the kids and me”. And lastly, within a few hours again, he received another message from his estranged wife, “I hired a lawyer and headed to the police station”.
Farhan did hire a lawyer but hasn’t seen his wife and kids since then but he added, “I don't know where they have disappeared. Lekin haan, on September 9, I got a message from Chahat’s phone that 'you can meet the kids around 9 in Bandra. When I was about to reach there, she texted me come to Sahara Star in Andheri. I met my daughters and Chahat. She was literally in tears. She said she cannot talk to me much since her family was around, and cannot be with me either. After that, she simply left”.
Talking about seeking help from the judiciary or any woman organisation, Farhan said, “I have no help from the police. I have to go to the judiciary to know what is happening with my family. After all, two minor girls are involved. Why are my wife and her entire family staying in a hotel like Sahara Star? On the other hand, strangely, she is quite active on social media, busy posting pictures from bathtubs and bedrooms! Beats me! Can any women organisation or child care organisation come forward to help me with this?”
When SpotboyE contacted Chahatt, she refused to give any details and simply said, “Farhan is lying to put me down. But I don’t want to wash my dirty linen in public. There are many things which will shake up if I open my mouth. So, I will rather be quiet about it and let people think what they want to.
