One of the most controversial, yet a TRP-breaker show, Bigg Boss is once again back with it's fourteenth season. While the Bigg Boss 13 was a huge success, the stakes aren't that much high for the ongoing Bigg Boss 14 because there's not enough masala and entertainment in the show from the sides of contestants. So far, all the limelight is on the seniors of the show, Gauahar Khan, Sidharth Shukla, and Hina Khan. But once again, just like the previous season, Sidharth Shukla is leading all the headlines and has become the face of the show. Talking about Sidharth's journey so far in Bigg Boss 14, then the actor's bond with fellow housemate, Gauahar Khan, is getting stronger with each passing day. And, his recent flirtatious act had raised viewers' expectations of seeing something brewing between these two cuties of the show. In the midst of all this, Shehnaaz Gill has come forward to address everything that Sidharth is doing in the show, including his flirting with Gauahar Khan. Scroll down to know it all!
In an interview with The Times Of India, Bigg Boss 13 contestant, Shehnaaz Gill addressed the ongoing hype about her eternal crush, Sidharth Shukla flirting with actress, Gauahar Khan and other female contestants on the show, Bigg Boss 14. The actress clearly stated that she is well aware of the tactics Sidharth is using, and she knows him enough to tell everyone that his intentions are pure. She said, "He is playing really well. Achha lag Raha hai aur uski comedy achhi lag Rahi hai. He is flirting with girls, but in a healthy way. A lot of people are judging his conduct outside the house, but I know him well and can vouch that his intention is pure." Shehnaaz also added that it's not Sid's fault if the girls are showing exaggerated flattery or affection on him. She added, "He can't help it if the girls are fawning over him (smiles). At the end of the day, he has to talk to someone inside the house."
Going further in her interview, Shehnaaz has praised Sidharth for again being the focal point of the whole show. However, she also stated that this season's contestants don't have any drive in them. She retorted, "Bigg Boss must have got these seniors for a reason. Sidharth Shukla is the TRP king. Show thoda chal Raha hai usko daalne se. I am certain that a lot of people watch it because of him. Having said that, it's a double-edged sword. The freshers have not been able to make a place for themselves. They are saying, 'Seniors jab jaayenge tab hi challenge'. I don't see that drive in any of the current contestants. Kuchh Karna hi nahi chahte just because of seniors hain." Before signing off, Shehnaaz admitted that she is watching Bigg Boss 14 just because of her special friend, Sidharth and once he'll be out of the show, she'll stop watching it. She said, "I am saying, fake dikhao but kuchh to dikhaao. Kuchh dikh hi nahi Raha. I am watching the show because of Sidharth Shukla. I won't watch it after he exits. Jitni der woh Ghar main hai, dekhungi, baad main Nahi dekhungi." Shehnaaz also shared an advice for all the contestants and added, "My advice to the current contestants is, khud ka vajood rakho, lado, bhido Ek dum sher ki Tarah. Kisi ke aage peeche Poonch ban kar mat raho. Apna game khelo without being selfish. Apna stand to har koi le leta hai, but doosro ka stand Lena seekho."
