On October 24, 2018, exactly a year after giving birth to their princess, Asin Thottumkal and Rahul Sharma treated their fans with the first picture of the little one. And not just that! Rahul and Asin have been posting several pictures from their little one’s first birthday bash and on the special occasion, they also shared the name of their daughter. Days after giving their fans a glimpse of Arin’s first birthday bash, Asin shared some adorable photos of the little one seated in a toy car, which has been gifted to her by maasi, Raveena Tandon. On behalf of Arin, Asin thanked Raveena for the gift and wrote, "Thank you Raveena Tandon maasi for this gift." She accompanied the post along with the hashtags "#Arin" and "#Arinturnsone". Raveena replied on Asin’s post and commented, “Aweeee my all of 1, stylish pose baby” with lots of kiss and heart emojis.
Asin shared some more pictures as her Insta stories, and wrote, “Thank you Raveena Maasi”, “But why can’t you just give me my license!?” and #SWAG atop those pictures. Check them out:
On Arin’s first birthday, Asin took to her Instagram handle to share some set of pictures of her little one and captioned one post as, "Happy 1st birthday ARIN! #arinturnsone". She captioned her other post as, “A little girl who loves outdoors, travel and books..turned ONE #Arinturnsone”. Rahul Sharma too, shared two lovely pictures of him with his princess, one from the time of her birth and another one from her first birthday bash. He tweeted, “A year ago we welcomed a Gorgeous, bright eyed, little angel into this world. She just turned ONE!!! Where does time fly? Happy Birthday ARIN, my daughter! Why do u have to grow up so fast? Happy 1st Birthday! #Arinturnsone #ArinsFirstBirthday”.
Asin Thottumkal and Rahul Sharma announced the arrival of their baby girl with a joint statement. Releasing it on October 24, 2017, Asin and Rahul shared, "We are ecstatic to announce the arrival of our angelic baby girl earlier today. The last 9 months have been most special and exciting for the both of us and we would like to thank all our well-wishers and everyone who has been part of our journey for all their love and support."
Asin also announced the arrival of her daughter as the biggest birthday gift she got and wrote on Instagram, “Ecstatic to announce the arrival of our Angelic Baby Girl earlier today. Thank you for all your love and wishes. She is the best birthday present I could ever ask for!” For the unversed ones, Asin celebrates her birthday on October 26, and just two days before her birthday in 2017, she became a mother.
On October 26, 2018, i.e. Asin’s 33rd birthday, her hubby Rahul tweeted a birthday wish for his best friend and partner. Sharing a picture with Asin, Rahul tweeted, “To my best friend, partner and the most selfless mother, Happy Birthday! Rahul and Asin were pronounced husband and wife in an intimate ceremony in Delhi on January 19, 2016, and it was attended by only close friends and family. On their second wedding anniversary, Asin gave the first glimpse of their daughter and wrote, “#ARWedding #2years. It's the three of us now. Stepping into the third year. Couldn't have asked for more!” And Rahul shared a picture from their wedding, and tweeted, “Today I celebrate the best decision I ever made #ARWedding #2yrs.”
On the professional front, Asin Thottumkal made her Bollywood debut opposite Aamir Khan in Ghajini and was last seen in 2015 film, All Is Well. She also featured in films like Ready, Bol Bachchan and London Dreams.
