Shah Rukh Khan is extremely attached to his three children, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan. Time and again in interviews, has the doting daddy revealed how much he misses Aryan and Suhana as they study abroad. In January this year, SRK took to Instagram and posted two pictures of both of his sons, hooked onto a gadget. Sharing the pictures, the Zero actor had shared the ‘playboys’ mantra’, which could be read as, “Winning is only half of it... Having fun is the other half!! SRK is largely adored by women and is a complete ladies' man and looks like the traits have passed onto his 21-year-old handsome son, Aryan Khan as well! Being a superstar’s son, Shah Rukh Khan was asked about when we would get to see son, Aryan Khan in films? Talking about the same, the Devdas star had shared, “Aryan is studying to be a filmmaker and a writer, while Suhana wants to be an actor. But even if he wants to be a filmmaker, he needs to study for another five to six years and not just the literal form of studying, but probably be an assistant to Karan after he finishes his film-making course.” With Aryan Khan back in Mumbai now, does this mean that Junior Khan is all set to make his directorial debut in Karan Johar’s, multi-starrer, Takht? In a 2018 interview with Hindustan Times, Shah Rukh Khan spoke about Aryan being launched by Karan Johar (especially after the latter shared that only he will launch Aryan Khan). He had shared, “It’s very sweet of them [his industry friends], and they have the right. If Aryan decides to be an actor, it will only be an honour for him to work with directors of that calibre. But I think he wants to be a filmmaker. Shah Rukh Khan had further added, “But even if he wants to be a filmmaker, he needs to study for another five to six years and not just the literal form of studying, but probably be an assistant to Karan after he finishes his film-making course. Aisa nahi hai ki tumhara baap actor hai toh set pe aake assistant director ban jaao. Similarly, Suhana should learn acting for another three to four years if she wants to be an actor. I know many of my industry friends feel my kids should start acting [in films] tomorrow. But it’s my belief that they shouldn’t start acting [in movies] yet.”
Shah Rukh Khan, in a 2017 interaction with DNA, had shared that son Aryan Khan wants to be bigger than his father! Yes, the Josh actor had revealed, “He talks about his ambitions, and where he would like to be one day. But he’s very clear that way. He just wants to be bigger than me and that’s cool.” Speaking about his chill session with Aryan, SRK had revealed, “When I am with Aryan sometimes, we just lay down in our shorts without our shirts and we crack some dirty jokes. He gets really excited telling me about gaalis he’s learnt. I’m from Delhi and I’ve also been that age and my vocabulary of Hindi gaalis is fantastic (smiles). So when he tells me one, I tell him that I’ll teach him another version of it. So that’s cool.”
Does Shah Rukh Khan give relationship advice to Aryan Khan? He had revealed, “I give relationship advice to no one. I think you should not give such advice to anyone. Because every relationship is different, every f***-up is different, every happiness is different. You should just let everyone be. Yeah, sometimes, in a fun, gossipy way, you can talk about somebody else’s relationship, but I think, as weird, conservative or wild as a relationship may be, it’s perfectly all right. You should not judge it. I have heard of some really awkward ones and maybe you get a little surprised, but if it suits them, it’s fine.”
Do you know, dad Shah Rukh Khan will rip off son, Aryan Khan’s lips if he kisses a girl? He had shared in an interview, “I’d rip off Aryan’s lips. I can’t rip off a girl’s lips — that’s not a charming gentlemanly thing to do. (Laughs) So, I will rip off Aryan’s lips, on behalf of the girl’s father.
