It was in 2016, when Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma had embraced parenthood with the arrival of their baby boy, Ahil Sharma and three years later in 2019, they had completed their family with the arrival of their princess, Ayat Sharma. Ayat’s birthday becomes extra special as she shares her birthday with her mamu, Salman Khan. The family celebrated Ayat’s first birthday and Salman Khan’s 55th birthday in a grand manner and it was Ayat’s birthday cake that stole the show for us.

As Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma's little munchkin, Ayat Sharma shares her birthday with her mamu jaan, Salman Khan, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Aayush had opened up on why he and Arpita had chosen Salman’s birthday i.e., December 27, 2019, for the birth of Ayat. Talking about the same, Aayush had revealed, "The due date was last week of December or first week of January. When we told this to everyone, Bhai (as Salman is lovingly called) was excited and said ‘give me a gift’. So, it was a conscious decision to bring Ayat into this world on that day. It is a very good omen to have her on Bhai’s birthday... Also, it saves me from giving multiple parties! It was on December 30, 2019, Aayush Sharma had shared the first pictures of his darling daughter, Ayat Sharma, straight from the hospital. He had taken to his Instagram handle and had posted adorable pictures of the family. He had captioned the picture as “Welcome to this beautiful world Ayat. You’ve brought a lot of happiness into our lives. May you touch everyone’s life with a lot of love and joy.” Arpita had posted the same pictures on her Instagram handle, and had written, “Welcome to our world Ayat.”
Later, Arpita had also shared not just one but two super-adorable pictures of Salman Khan and Ayat. As Salman had cuddled his newborn niece in his arms, nani, Salma Khan couldn’t stop adoring her granddaughter. Arpita had penned down a beautiful note for her mother, Salma Khan and brother, Salman Khan, for being there for her and had shared that they are the reason why nothing in this world scared her. Arpita had written, “There’s nothing in this world that scared me & the only reason was I knew I had you by my side & you would never let anything happen to me. Now ayat has been blessed with the same security. These hands are god sent.
