Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend, Gabriella Demetriades announced to the world, on April 23, 2019, that the latter is pregnant with their first baby, and the soon-to-be parents are on cloud nine these days. We don’t know the due date for Gabriella but looking at her baby bump, we can guess that she must be in her second trimester by now.
We all know that the pregnancy phase for any woman is one of the toughest phases of her life. With mood-swings, intense back pain, headache, dietary changes and no freedom to go out and party hard, an expecting woman craves the most what she used to do before her pregnancy. Arjun Rampal, being the doting boyfriend that he is, made sure that preggy, Gabriella Demetriades’ pregnancy phase is all blissful. And hence, they are currently off on a babymoon to the Maldives! Arjun Rampal shared the following cuddling beach photo with Gabriella Demetriades and captioned it as, “When you wake up to this, you know you are blessed. #Maldives #anantaraveli #thelife.”
Gabriella, too, took to her Instagram handle and shared a couple of pictures from her babymoon. She captioned one of the pictures as, “Tropic of Aries,” and worded the other with hashtags- #anantaraveli #globalspa. Take a look:
Gabriella Demetriades’ babymoon pictures are truly adorable, right? Last month, when the duo had announced her pregnancy, Arjun had shared the following picture and had captioned it as, “Blessed to have you and start all over again....thank you, baby, for this baby". Gabriella too had posted the same picture and had written, "Grateful for you two can’t wait to meet you."
Arjun Rampal, for those who do not know, was earlier married to Mehr Jessia (legally still is as they aren’t divorced yet). They ended their 20-year-long marital journey by releasing a joint statement announcing their separation. It was worded as, “After a 20-year-long beautiful journey filled with love and beautiful memories, we would like to share, that all journeys have different paths. We feel that it is time for us to move on to different destinations henceforth. The statement could further be read as, “Both of us being extremely private people feel strange to be making this statement, but such are the circumstances of our lives. Where the truth can get distorted and lost. We are a family, our love for each other is forever intact and we shall always be there for one another and most importantly, for our children Mahikaa and Myra. We would, therefore, appreciate our privacy through this time. Thank all for their support. Relationships can end, but love lives on. We won’t be commenting on this any further.”
Arjun Rampal and Mehr Jessia aren’t legally divorced yet and they are working towards a financial settlement which is best suited for Mehr and their kids- Mahikaa (born 2002) and Myra (born 2005). A media report had claimed last month, “I think any kind of relationship is built upon a level of complete honesty and trust. It’s 100 percent trust. If you are not going to give that kind of treatment to it then it’s no point of calling it a relationship; you call it a lie.”
Mehr, Mahikaa And Myra took the news of Arjun’s GF, Gabriella’s pregnancy sportingly. A SpotboyE report had stated a couple of weeks ago, “The couple did their best to keep the pregnancy under wraps for the last six months. It turns out that several of their friends were kept in the dark too, including Mehr Jesia, Rampal’s wife of 20 years and mum to their two daughters, Mahikaa, 17, and Myra, 13. Mehr has in fact taken the news rather sportingly.
