As the famous saying goes, ‘great things come in small packages’! Only a parent or a soon-to-be can understand the topsy-turvy change in life that occurs after a baby comes into their lives. Change in priorities, change in shopping lists, change in hangouts, sleeping patterns, eating habits and whatnot, there is a reason why a baby becomes the ‘boss’ of the house! We would often see pictures of Arjun Rampal chilling with a sterling grey-eyed beauty. While that would make us wonder about some possible love brewing in the life of Arjun, it was on April 2019, when the actor had shared a monochrome picture of his ‘heavily pregnant’ ladylove, Gabriella Demetriades containing a super-exciting announcement. Sharing the picture the Rock On! actor had written, “Blessed to have you and start all over again... thank you baby for this baby". Gabriella too had posted the same picture and had penned, "Grateful for you two can’t wait to meet you." And it was on July 18, 2019, when baby Arik Rampal was born to them.
Times flashes by in the blink of an eye and as many of you would find it hard to believe, Arik Rampal is 4-months-old, already! His star parents, Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades often take to Instagram and share partial, adorable features of the little one. With this one being only about the top of his cute little head, his mommy, Gabriella posted an Instagram story of some snuggles and cuddles with her little one. Taking to her Instagram story, laced in blankets, Gabriella wrote the words “Saturday snuggles” atop the picture and it had made us blurt out a big, loud ‘awww’! Here’s the same:
Both Arjun Rampal and his ladylove, Gabriella Demetriades are seen breezing through their phase of parenthood and often share partial close-ups of their son, Arik Rampal. A few months back, Gabriella had taken to her Instagram story and posted the first full-length proper side glimpse of their newborn son, Arik. The little one was cuddled in his mommy's arms and we can say without an iota of doubt that he is extremely adorable! Soon after Arik Rampal was born, Arjun Rampal had taken to Instagram and had posted a beautiful picture with him. The picture had a close-up of Arjun’s hand and his newborn son’s tiny hands as they held each other softly. In one of the Instagram stories that Arjun had posted, he had written the words “Uffffff” along with an array of heart emojis. Ever since baby Arik Rampal came into the life of Arjun Rampal and Gabrielle Demetriades, the duos have been upping their Instagram story game and often share sneak peeks of their parenting life. Gabriella also keeps on sharing glimpses of how happily have Arjun’s daughters from his first wife, Mehr Jesia, accepted their half-brother. In an Instagram story shared by Gabriella sometime back, Mahikaa and Myra had turned into ‘baby nannies’, who were taking care of the little one. If you notice closely, you will also see a vague, full-face glimpse of Arik!
Coming back to Gabriella’s pregnancy, as soon as Arjun Rampal had shared the picture with his girlfriend, tonnes of congratulatory messages from fans and his friends from the industry had started to pour in. This had made us wonder if his estranged wife, Mehr Jesia and his two beautiful teenage daughters, Mahikaa and Myra had then known about the same. As per a Mumbai Mirror report, Mehr had taken the news of her ex-hubby, Arjun embracing fatherhood again in a positive stride. The report had stated, “The couple did their best to keep the pregnancy under wraps for the last six months. It turns out that several of their friends were kept in the dark too, including Mehr Jesia, Rampal’s wife of 20 years and mum to their two daughters, Mahikaa, 17, and Myra, 13.”
The Mumbai Mirror report had further had it, “Mehr has in fact taken the news rather sportingly. Her friends say that even though they haven’t filed for divorce yet, Mehr has come to terms with the fact that Rampal has moved on personally.” A friend close to Mehr had shared with the same tabloid, “They are still working out the financial terms of the separation.
