And that is exactly what happened to model-turned-Bollywood superstar, Arjun Rampal when his first marriage with Mehr Jesia fell out after 20 years of marital bliss. While Mehr Jesia’s current whereabouts pertaining to her love life is unknown to us, but we surely know what Arjun Rampal is up to these days. The dapper model-cum-actor is in a relationship with his South African supermodel-actress, Gabriella Demetriades and it was on April 23, 2019, when a post from his Instagram handle surprised all his fans and followers! Sharing an adorable picture of himself and his girlfriend, Gabriella, the Rock On! actor wrote, “Blessed to have you and start all over again....thank you baby for this baby". Gabriella too had posted the same picture and wrote, "Grateful for you two can’t wait to meet you." Take a look at the picture below:
While we will once again share Arjun Rampal’s ex-wife, wife Mehr Jesia and their two daughters, Mahikaa and Myra’s reaction on Arjun embracing fatherhood yet again, remember what a source close to Mehr had shared with Mumbai Mirror? It had shared, “They are still working out the financial terms of the separation. Mehr is a wonderful mother and wants to do what works best for her children.” And looks like Arjun and Mehr are finally on the process of doing so. Shutterbugs recently captured the now estranged couple going to the bank together as they crossed the road, maintaining a wide distance between them. Arjun and Mehr are yet to be divorced and rumours are rife that they will carry out the same soon. Also, the grapevine was abuzz that Arjun and Natalie will get married but the duo is not very interested in tying the nuptial bond at this very moment. Coming back to Arjun Rampal about to become a daddy yet again, Arjun Rampal shared the picture of his girlfriend, Gabriella Demetriades' pregnancy, tonnes of congratulatory messages from fans and his friends from the industry started pouring in, which made us wonder how his estranged wife, Mehr Jesia and his two beautiful teenage daughters, Mahikaa and Myra reacted to the same. As per a Mumbai Mirror report, Mehr had taken the news of her ex-hubby, Arjun embracing fatherhood again in a positive stride. The report had stated, “The couple did their best to keep the pregnancy under wraps for the last six months. It turns out that several of their friends were kept in the dark too, including Mehr Jesia, Rampal’s wife of 20 years and mum to their two daughters, Mahikaa, 17, and Myra, 13. Mehr has in fact taken the news rather sportingly. Her friends say that even though they haven’t filed for divorce yet, Mehr has come to terms with the fact that Rampal has moved on personally.”
For the uninitiated, Arjun Rampal and Mehr Jesia got separated in 2018 and will soon apply for the divorce. The official statement announcing their divorce could be read as, “After a 20-year-long beautiful journey filled with love and beautiful memories, we would like to share, that all journeys have different paths. The report of Arjun Rampal and Mehr Jesia’s separation further stated, “We have always been solid when it has come to us, we will continue to be solid for each other and our loved ones, as we embark upon a new journey...Both of us being extremely private people feel strange to be making this statement, but such are the circumstances of our lives. Where the truth can get distorted and lost. We are a family, our love for each other is forever intact and we shall always be there for one another and most importantly, for our children Mahikaa and Myra. We would, therefore, appreciate our privacy through this time. Thank all for their support. Relationships can end, but love lives on. We won’t be commenting on this any further.”
