The couple is all set to tie the knot on April 19, 2019, and as per a DNA report, “Arjun and Malaika have told their teams to keep themselves free for the wedding. They want it to be an extremely private affair with only close friends and family, so the hair and make-up artistes and other members have been strictly asked not to share any information with anybody.”
A few days ago, Malaika flew down to the Maldives for a relaxation trip with her girlies, and shared the news on her Instagram handle. However, on March 2, 2019, Arjun confirmed that Malaika wasn’t alone spending her time in the midst of beaches, sun, and great wine. Someone else also accompanied her! Guess who? It was none other than Arjun Kapoor. Yes, the actor took to his official Instagram and shared his picture from the holiday destination, and captioned it as, “Here’s to you Maldives... To many more Sunsets & Selfies... #paradiseisland #holidayvibes.”

Coming back to the news of their wedding, Malaika had talked about her wedding in an interview with film critic, Anupama Chopra. She had stated, “Oh God! No No. It's all media made. Media is responsible for it.” However, what took our attention was the way she was blushing all through the segment! In an interaction with IANS, Arjun also opened up about the wedding rumours, and had said, “When there is something to talk about, you will all know.” He had further added, “It’s your choice how much you put out there or yourself and your availability. Today you have a lot of control over as to how much you want people to know about your life. Speculation and gossip is a part of it. I am not the first actor or the last. Our entire tribe is immune to it…Because it is the nature of the business.”
Arjun and Malaika’s wedding news started making rounds, when an India Today report had stated that Malaika and Arjun are all set to tie the knot in less than two months. A source also had revealed that the couple will be having a Christian wedding in April this year.
Malaika, who is a gorgeous mom to a 15-year-old-son, Arhaan Khan, talked about her divorce in an interview with Kareena Kapoor Khan for her radio show, What Women Want. The reality show, India's Got Talent judge opened up about the odds of her decision. The show started with the kind of advice she received during the process, to which she had said, “I think sab ki pehli yehi raai hai ki mat karna. Koi aapko nahi kahega ki, 'Haan, haan, please jayiye, kariye.' That's the first thing, ki aap soch samajh ke yeh decision lena.
