On August 18, 2018, the host of the show and Bollywood biggie, Karan Johar tweeted that the first episode will premiere on October 21, 2018. With less than a month now, we can’t keep calm to get into the ride of spilling the beans while having a hot cuppa, right?
You must be wondering about the guests for this season? Well, reportedly, Bollywood’s famous half-sibling duo, Arjun Kapoor and Janvhi Kapoor would be seen on the first episode of KwK Season 6. A source close to Karan Johar revealed to the Mumbai Mirror, “It’s going to be a special episode as it marks their first joint appearance, in which they open up about their relationship”.
In another report, an insider told Bollywoodlife, “This is Janhvi's debut on the show and who better to partner with her than Arjun. They are quite attached to each other and he is literally a pillar of strength for her. It will be fun to see them spilling each other's secrets”.
The source further added, “He shares a special bond with Janhvi. Like Alia, she too is a Dharma protege and he is extremely protective about her. So far, we have not seen much of siblings on the show and this will be a change”.
If these reports are true, this would be the first time that Janvhi and Arjun would be seen in front of the camera, and yes, this also marks Janvhi Kapoor’s debut on a chat show. We all know that the relationship the two share with each other is amazing and pure. However, we can’t wait more to get deep insights from the horses’ mouth themselves. When Janhvi was trolled on social media for her dress choice, Arjun had come out in the open and slammed media houses for giving attention to the good-for-nothing trolls. He had tweeted, “2 trolls write a comment and for the web team of a big newspaper, it’s a news story... slow clap. Ridiculous how trolls are given attention by the media and they wait for us to retaliate...the lesser the stories the lesser the trolls win”.
