Bigg Boss 11 finalists and arch-rivals of the reality show, Vikas Gupta and Shilpa Shinde have been doing the rounds of social media since the commencement of the season. During the show, they made it to the headlines for their obnoxious and infamous statements. Post the show, they’re media people’s favourite for their marriage rumours. Yes, since the day Shilpa’s brother and Vikas’ mother joked about Shilpa and Vikas’ wedding, Salman Khan never failed to pull their legs. Courtesy to these three people that social media started the rumours of their marriage.
But rumours are rumours for a reason, and they can’t be a reality. SpotboyE touched base with Shilpa and Vikas, and talked about their marriage rumours. When they asked Vikas if he and Shilpa are getting married, he replied, “Do you really believe that I will marry Shilpa or vice-versa? I have no plans to marry her. This gossip is absolutely preposterous.” This quite clearly should shut the rumours up.
When Shilpa was asked the same question, she said, “Kuch bhi! Good that you called me and I hope that this puts wagging tongues to rest that Vikas and I are going to marry is the biggest joke of the year. Some stupid people are spreading this rumour, obviously, they have no work. It was also being said that we are in a relationship which is also not true. As I told you the other day, I want to stay away from men and have no plans of entering into matrimony for quite some time. Please let me have a life. My life has become a joke after Bigg Boss 11. Every now and then I’m hounded about my whereabouts and plans – and it pains to see that people are just making wild guesses at my expense.”
So, now the air has been cleaned by horses’ mouths. Earlier when we brought to you the story of men in Shilpa’s life, we informed you about the media reports that Vikas and Shilpa were once rumoured to be dating. Later, Shilpa’s mother herself coined these reports as ‘baseless rumours’.
Now, that nothing is brewing between the two, let’s see what’s in store when it comes to them individually. A few days ago, Shilpa was quoted as saying to SpotboyE, “Look, I am not saying that I will never get married. I don't know what the future holds for me. But let me tell you one thing emphatically: I am not even thinking of getting married. Mujhe single baghut achcha lag raha hai. I have so much freedom.” She also added, “My present mentality simply says that marriage is a big thing and it needs a big decision. Partner ke saath ek compatibility honi chahiye, aur hum logon ke life style ko nazar mein rakhte huye, woh hona bahut difficult hai. That's that.”
As far as Vikas is concerned, his video of kissing a girl went viral on the social media yesterday. Reportedly, the girl in the video is a model and scriptwriter by the name of Sarah Anjuli. Vikas could be seen kissing her on the cheeks and resting on her shoulders. If the reports are to be believed, Vikas and Sarah attended an award show, and later went to party with close friends and Priyank Sharma. That’s where this video was shot. Take a look:
So, here we’re now! Clearly, there is no marriage on cards for Vikas and Shilpa. To conclude, we can say that Shilpa is not planning her marriage anytime soon and Vikas, may or may not be dating Sarah.
