The founder and CEO of Shaadi.com, Anupam Mittal is happily married to the love of his life and an actress-model, Anchal Kumar. The stunning couple got married back on December 16, 2017. After some years of their wedding, they were blessed with a cute daughter, and they lovingly named her Alyssa. Time and again we have seen both Anchal and Anupam sharing cutesy pictures and videos with their lovely daughter from their family time on their respective social media handles.
However, after becoming a mother, Anchal Kumar took a long break from modelling to take care of their daughter, Alyssa, during her growing years. It was a big decision for the actress-cum-model, who was getting a lot of good work during that phase. But for Anchal, it was an easy decision to take a break from work as for her being with her toddler was the most important thing in the world at that time. However, now after some years of break from modelling, Anchal is all set to resume her glamourous career, and in a recent interview, she talked about the same and revealed the reason behind her comeback.

In a recent interview with ETimes TV, Anchal Kumar opened up about her return to modelling and admitted that she is now fully concentrated on working on her modelling assignments. The gorgeous diva revealed that she had taken a break from work during her pregnancy, and after the birth of her daughter, Alyssa, she had decided to focus on her upbringing. Anchal admitted that because of the tremendous rise in influencer marketing on social media, she has so many options in front of her to explore. Opening up about the same, she said:
"I am back to working now. I had taken a little bit of a break – a hiatus from modelling and other assignments. But now it is good to be back. I had started modelling when I was really really young and now thanks to social media, there are so many options."
Further, in the same interview with ETimes TV, Anchal Kumar was asked to explain why she decided to get into the modelling business once again after taking a long break from the industry. In response to the same, Anchal admitted that the sole reason behind her complete return to work is because of the fact that her daughter, Alyssa is now a grown-up kid and doesn’t require the level of care as a toddler. Anchal also recalled her mother's example and revealed how she was also a working woman and how she used to manage both kids and work simultaneously. She said:
"Yes, absolutely (Whether she resumed modelling as Alyssa is now a grown up kid). That was a very conscious decision I made. We were four sisters and our mother gave us undivided attention. My mom did everything from chores to cooking and yet four of us would be dressed perfectly. I would be amazed to see how she would manage to do all things at once."

In the end, Anchal Kumar admitted that she just wanted to be like her own mother. During the growing-up years of her daughter, Alyssa, the doting mother, Anchal shared that she enjoyed every single moment of that beautiful phase. The model admitted that she never regretted her decision to take a break from work for years to take care of her daughter the way she wanted. Calling that phase a ‘blessing’, Anchal stated:
"During Alyssa’s growing up years, I wanted to be like my mom. I was very clear that whenever I embrace motherhood, I want to be beside my daughter every single moment till the time she is not able to communicate. This entire time with her has been a blessing."
