Today, Bollywood's veteran actress, Kirron Kher is celebrating her 65th birthday but she has been stuck in Chandigarh and will not be celebrating the day with her husband, Anupam Kher and son, Sikander Kher. However, it looks like Anupam ji is missing his dear wife on her special day and that's why he penned a special note for her.
On June 14, 2020, Anupam ji took to his Instagram handle straight at the midnight and posted an adorable note for her. He posted a couple of pictures from Kirron ji's journey over the years. Alongside it, he wrote, "Happy birthday my dearest #Kirron!! May God give you all the happiness in the world. May you have a long and healthy life. Sorry, you are on your own in #Chandigarh and both @sikandarkher and I are not with you. But we miss you. Will meet you soon. Love and prayers always. @kirronkhermp #BirthdayGirl." In an interview with Firstpost, Kirron had talked about the thing attracted her towards him. She had said, "Yes we both were in theatre in Chandigarh, and we were the best of friends. But there was no attraction of any kind beyond friendship." (Also Read: Pooja Banerjee Talks About Marrying Her 4th Standard Friend, Sandeep, Believes In 'Pyaar Dosti Hai')
She had further added, "Well, I came to Bombay, I married Gautam, and we discovered that the marriage was just not happening. Anupam too had been married, and that had gone wrong. He and I were still good friends, doing plays together. I remember, we were going to Calcutta for Nadira Babbar's play, he came looking different, his head was shaved, for some film he was doing I think. When he was leaving the room, he looked back at me, and something passed between us. Later he came and knocked on my door, and said '" I want to talk to you." He then said " I think I have fallen in love with you." And suddenly there was this immense, intense change, the chemistry exploded. I got a divorce and married him. He had nothing then."
