The news of him getting married had definitely broken million hearts but every time we see him with his beautiful wife, Ankita, our hearts skip a beat. Milind and Ankita had gotten married on April 22, 2018, in a close-knit Assamese wedding. And ever since their wedding, the lovely couple has been giving major couple goals.
On July 3, 2020, Ankita Konwar took to her Instagram handle and shared an inspiring birthday note for her mother-in-law, Usha Soman as she turned 81-year-old. Sharing two lovely pictures with Usha ji, Ankita wrote, “81, fit and fabulous! Last year for her 80th birthday, she chose to go scuba diving in Bali and this year she was supposed to be bungee jumping in Zambia. Even though that couldn’t be done given the current situation of the world, we are still so very happy to be able to celebrate her birthday in a happy healthy home. Grateful for every moment. A few months ago, we had spotted Milind's mother doing a leg-hop with her bahu, Ankita Konwar. In the video, we could see the saas-bahu duo enjoying the one-leg hop. Alongside it, Ankita had written a sweet caption that could be read as "In all of living, have much fun and laughter. Ankita shares a great bond with her mother-in-law. On Mother’s Day i.e., May 12, 2020, Ankita Konwar had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared glimpses of her Mother’s Day celebration with her husband, Milind Soman, and mother-in-law, Usha Soman. In the pictures, they could be seen sitting on their terrace and munching homemade snacks. Ankita had captioned the pictures as “We celebrated Mother’s Day on our roof top like this Everything homemade! When a 52-year-old Milind had married 26-year-old Ankita, it had raised some eyebrows. He had dealt with all the trolls and had proved that if there is love, nothing else matters, not even the age gap. Just 3 months after their Assamese traditional wedding, the couple had another fairytale wedding at Santiago de Compostela, Spain.
