Anita had met her dearest hubby, Rohit in a pub that turned out to be the start of their ‘happily ever after’. Rohit soon became the hero of her story and took her heart away. The couple had tied the knot on October 14, 2013, and they still radiate newly-wed couple's charm after so many years.
On February 4, 2020, Anita took to her Instagram handle and shared a picture with her husband, wherein the two can be seen pouting for the camera. Along with the picture, the actress wrote, "Couples that pout together stay together for 7 janams. With my janeman forever!" Take a look at it below:
Last year in September, Anita and Rohit had completed ten-years of loving each other. To make the occasion special, Rohit had decided to celebrate in the most romantic way. He had gotten remarried to Anita on the sets of Nach Baliye 9. He had also organised a romantic setup with balloons and flowers for his baliye on the stage. Rohit had also proposed to her with a diamond ring and had promised that he wants to make breakfast for her for the rest of his life. Coming back to their love story, in an interview, Rohit had shared how love brewed between them. He had said, "One day I saw her outside a pub, waiting for her car and decided to approach her. I went like a hero and approached her with the corniest lines, she was startled. That was a brief encounter."
Anita had also shared once how she knew Rohit was the one for her, "I used to love drinking in my younger days. This one night I went overboard and got into a fight with Rohit. It was all my mistake. Woke up the next day, apologised to him saying ‘I’m sorry Rohit I’ll give up drinking if you want’. He replied saying, ‘No you don’t have to give up on anything for me. Just try staying in control. You are a public figure, you have to be careful,’ – and that was the moment I knew he’s my man! Who loves me for ME; with all the flaws? He didn’t want me to change a thing for him. It’s been 6 years and the only change in me is that I’m a better, a more positive person. Not only that, I’m more successful than I used to be!"
