Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi had taken the internet by storm when they had posted their wedding pictures on their respective social media handles. The duo had kept their relationship a secret and no one was able to guess that they were dating. The madly-in-love couple had tied the knot in a secret ceremony in Delhi. Neha had looked perfect in a pink-coloured lehenga and complementing her, was her dapper hubby, Angad in a white-coloured kurta-pyjama. Their family picture was completed when a beautiful angel, whom they have lovingly named, Mehr had entered their life on November 18, 2018.

Neha and Angad have been celebrating their little angel, Mehr’s birthday months by posting glimpses of her and making us drool with their adorable captions. Recently, in an interview with the Hindustan Times, Angad revealed his and wife, Neha’s plan for their daughter, Mehr’s first birthday. The elated daddy stated, “We would love to take her to the Golden Temple because when Neha was expecting, we went there. And now that Mehr is turning one, we would like to take our blessings from there.”
Though the duo had kept their relationship a secret, they have been quite open about Neha’s pregnancy and how their life has changed after the arrival of little Mehr. During the same interview, Angad shared had how transformative the experience has been so far for him and had revealed, “We are very grateful to the Almighty. I feel Mehr has brought in a lot of changes in me. She has made me understand a lot of things and there’s a lot of gratitude towards the universe and people now. It has made me a better person and a better performer. It has made me realise the value of family and of my own parents.”
Angad Bedi feels lucky to be a father of a little girl and considers his daughter, Mehr Dhupia Bedi his lucky charm. In an interview with BollywoodLife, Angad had opened up about how his daughter, Mehr has brought luck in his life. Angad was quoted as saying, "My daughter Mehr is our (his and Neha Dhupia's) lucky charm. In fact, since the day she has come into our lives, our lives have changed for the better. She has brought a lot of luck. My marriage also brought in a lot of luck but my luck just got doubled after Mehr was born. I think I have lady luck which is shining on me. Whether it's my mother, wife or daughter, I think, this is the lady luck which is always shining on me. Even my sister, for that matter, is my lucky charm." Striking a balance between personal and professional life sometimes proves to be a difficult task after embracing parenthood. During the same interview, Angad had revealed how he manages to strike the balance and had said, “Neha and I, both have made a conscious decision to spend every waking hour with Mehr. We wake up early and spend as much time with her before we set off for our respective work. She’s turning out to be a very social child which is very heartening to see. She loves outdoor activities like going for a swim. She loves the water. We try and organise as many playdates for her as possible. She’s a happy baby.”
In a throwback interview with Pinkvilla, Angad Bedi had opened up about how he feels that his daughter, Mehr Dhupia Bedi is his biggest achievement. He had shared, “I feel that Mehr Dhupia Bedi is my biggest achievement and I take full pride in being called her father. She has got the DNA of both me and Neha and I believe she is going to be a hardworking individual. She already has a strong mindset of her own, She has got strong likes and dislikes. We have got two nurses to take care. She has a fondness for one and complete disliking for the other. She is growing up and she is already 4.5 kgs. She is pulling height really fast. Neha is 5.9 and I am 6.1, we will definitely have a tall Mehr.
