It was on August 24, 2018, when Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi had dropped a surprise bomb on their fans by announcing the news of her pregnancy. Posting some beautiful pictures from the pregnancy photoshoot, Neha had captioned the pictures as, “Here’s to new beginnings #3ofUs #satnamwaheguru”, whereas Angad, had captioned the array of pictures as, “Ha! On November 18, 2018, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi became proud parents to a baby girl, Mehr Dhupia Bedi and since then, they have been celebrating every moment with her. Celebrating monthly birthdays of Mehr into this planet, Neha and Angad post pictures and wishes for their little angel. On June 18, 2019, Mehr completed 7 months in this beautiful world and mommy Neha posted a ‘one of a kind’ picture of her little one. She captioned it as, “She has my heart .... #7monthstoday ... @mehrdhupiabedi”.
Angad Bedi too, performing his daddy duties by tying his baby girl’s shoelaces, captioned his post as, “She’s 7 months today.. our lifeline Mehr. Waheguru sukh rakhe thank you universe for everything. @nehadhupia you bring a lot of happiness in my life. credit goes to the wifey.” Neha commented on his post, “I love u my baby’s daddy ... only one thing... click such cute pictures for me also na. @angadbedi”. In a recent interview with the Times Now, when Neha Dhupia was asked how she manages to have it all as a working mother, the Helicopter Eela star stated, "It is tough I wish there were three more Neha. I have a small team that is careful about the things I want to do they are very conscious about the things the I do. When I am away from my baby I have lovely people looking after her. I have never left her for a whole night, I come back every time. With half of my head there, I manage. I won't say it is easy."
Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi haven’t shared their daughter, Mehr Dhupia Bedi’s picture on any social media platform. When asked about protecting her little one’s privacy as a mother, Neha replied, "Right now there are no pictures of Mehr that have been leaked. It has been great. It is the world we have been living in people are going to be curious about what she looks like, where she is, whether she can be photographed or not. We try to manoeuvre around the press a lot. I mean even as much as other kids who are papped, their parents are not okay with their kids being papped. Even after saying all of the above, I love the media, there is no running from press and media. Press and media have never been mean to us. I have never been against them, I just have one thing in my mind as a mother that I have to protect her from as much as I can from going public. It has nothing to do with being against media as the truth is I love media."
On June 16, 2019, i.e., Father’s Day, Neha Dhupia had taken to her Instagram handle to share a 'his first, her first' picture of husband, Angad Bedi with their daughter, Mehr Dhupia Bedi from their recent vacation. Along with it, she had written, "From sunrise to sunset. he will always be by your side our baby girl. His first, her first#happyfathersday my love @angadbedi.
