For quite some time, there have been rumours abuzz that the Gehraiyaan actress is in a happy relationship with Shahid Kapoor's sibling, Ishaan Khatter. Time and again, they have been spotted together at family parties and casual hangouts, and they have even confirmed their relationship status to be no longer 'single'. However, now, their breakup news is doing rounds on the internet.
Bollywood diva, Ananya Panday is the daughter of veteran actor, Chunky Panday, who has managed to find a sweet spot for herself in the glamorous world of Bollywood in a concise time. She is only a few films old in the world of showbiz. The young actress had kick-started her career in 2019 with Dharma production's film, Student of the Year 2, opposite Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. Since then, there has been no looking back for Ananya.

It might come as a big shocker for all the Ananya Panday fans, but reports suggest that the actress has broken up her ties with her alleged beau, Ishaan Khatter. Even though neither of them has admitted or denied the fact, their public appearances and Ananya's presence in Ishaan Khatter's family get-togethers had said something else about them. Now, a very close source to them revealed to Pinkvilla that Ananya has called it quits with Ishaan after dating him for three long years. The source shared that it is a mutual call, and they have ended it on a positive note. Elaborating on the same, the source stated:
"The two bonded well on the sets of Khaali Peeli and that led to the beginning of a new journey. However, after living their lives together for 3 years, they have decided to finally end their relationship. It has been a mutual call and the things have ended on a positive note. The two will continue to be cordial going forward."
Further, the report suggested that Ananya and Ishaan handled their breakup with quite maturity. They will also work together in movies if any such offer comes their way. The source said:
"It's all fine for them on the friendship front, and they have parted ways on a good note. They realised that their way of looking at things was a little different from each other and hence the decision."

On February 7, 2022, Ishaan Khatter and his rumoured girlfriend, Ananya Panday was snapped by the shutterbugs while they were making their way towards their car, from Ishaan's brother, Shahid Kapoor's residence. Ishaan had donned a green shirt with yellow and white stripes and had paired it with grey pants. On the other hand, Ananya had looked gorgeous in a yellow T-shirt paired with a white shrug and grey pants.
On January 2, 2022, the paps had spotted Ananya Panday and Ishaan Khatter at the airport as they returned from their romantic getaway together. Ananya was dressed in an off-white sweatshirt which she had paired with ripped blue jeans. She had completed her look with open tresses, a pair of ankle boots, and a yellow shoulder bag. On the other hand, Ishaan had looked dapper in a brown t-shirt, white trousers, and a black jacket. He had accessorised his look with a beanie, a pair of sunglasses, and black shoes.
On the work front, Ananya Panday will be next seen in Kho Gaye Hum Kahan opposite Siddhant Chaturvedi.
