Amitabh Bachchan Frustrated With His Phone Amid Trailer Launch Of 'Kalki 2898 AD', 'Throwing It Out'

Bollywood superstar, Amitabh Bachchan expressed his anger over his phone and how he has been desperately trying to fix it amidst the trailer launch of his upcoming film.

Bollywood superstar, Amitabh Bachchan has been ruling the Hindi film industry for the past many decades. He has seen superstardom to the lowest of lows, yet his love for acting never diminished, and he proved to the world that age is just a number. The superstar is soon going to be back on the silver screen with his promising performance as 'Aswatthama' in Nag Ashwin's film, Kalki 2898 AD. The film also stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani.

Amitabh Bachchan showed his anger on his phone

Amitabh Bachchan received a lot of praise after the film's trailer launch. However, amidst the hoo-ha from fans, Amitabh penned his anger and frustration over his phone. The 81-year-old shared the trailer of his upcoming film on his blog. Along with it, he revealed how he has been trying to desperately fix his phone. He revealed that his 'typing keyboard' has suddenly changed. Amitabh further stated how he has been trying to get help from all places, but it was all in vain. His post can be read as:

"Trying desperately to fix my phone… and what was set before suddenly changed so tried to get help from all quarters and failed… so frustrating… Was wanting to have English and Hindi typing, by typing in English, a Hindi word and it comes out on Devanagari… but despite several hours of following links and experiments."

Not only this but  Amitabh Bachchan's frustration has reached a point where he wants to throw off his phone out of the window. However, he clarified that he was not going to do any such thing. He wrote:

"I am now very close to – BREAKING MY PHONE, BY THROWING IT OUT OF THE WINDOW!!! No no no… no such luck… just letting off steam."


Amitabh Bachchan revealed how he always hoped to get a next project so that his 'kitchen keeps running'

Further, in the same blog, Amitabh Bachchan taunted how actors these days have whole management who help them choose the right script and opportunity. However, things were different during his time. He stated that he would just keep looking for another job opportunity to survive the condition of running his home. And he still just looks and hope for another job opportunity so that his 'kitchen can run'. He concluded the post by writing :

"Never ever had any of these facilities in my time… We just looked for the opportunity of another job, so we could survive the condition of running the home… and have a living. Now it is different. The next generation thinks and operates in this manner… I just look for another job and hope it comes, so our ‘kitchens can run’."


When Amitabh Bachchan shared that people feared his angry man image

Earlier, in an episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, Amitabh Bachchan opened up about his association with the polio campaign in India. The superstar revealed how the campaign director hired him for his 'angry young man' image, which made people fear and listen to his pleas to vaccinate their kids. Amitabh revealed that his director told him to scold the people. Quoting his director, Amitabh said:

"Aap daant dijiye."

Further, Amitabh Bachchan shared a WHO official, who visited a village in India and asked a woman why she decided to vaccinate her child. To this, the lady told them that they didn't want to make Amitabh Bachchan angry. Imitating the women, Amitabh said:

"Amitabh ji gussa horahe the toh humne kardia."
