Bollywood couple, Alia Bhatt and her actor-boyfriend, Ranbir Kapoor, are one of the most adorable couples. It was on Karan Johar's talk show, Koffee With Karan, when Alia had first revealed that she was having a crush on Ranbir. And as they say, the rest is history. They had ignited rumours of their dating when they had walked hand-in-hand at Sonam Kapoor's wedding.
However, it was during the shooting of their movie, Brahmastra, that the duo had come closer to each other. For the past few days, numerous reports are doing rounds in the media that a wedding is on the cards soon for Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. While there has been no confirmation about the same from the duo, now, rumour mills are abuzz that they might exchange the rings very soon.

Though Ranbir and Alia have been open about their relationship, it looks like they are not going to disclose anything about their wedding or engagement. According to a paparazzi, rumours are rife that Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt might get engaged on November 29, 2021, at a resort in Rajasthan. The actor was snapped by the paps, and on being asked about his rumoured engagement ceremony, Ranbir refused from saying anything.
A few days back, when the reports of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s wedding had made the headlines, their fans were eagerly waiting for the Kapoor or the Bhatt family to release an official statement, announcing the same. However, it was Ranbir’s uncle, Randhir Kapoor, who had opened up on the same and had said that he wasn't aware of anything about their wedding. In a conversation with Pinkvilla, Randhir had said:
“I don’t know, and I haven’t heard the news either. He will get married someday or the other, but I don’t have any news on this.”

After the reports of their wedding were all over the media, Alia Bhatt's mother, Soni Razdan, had also reacted to the speculations of her daughter’s wedding with Ranbir Kapoor. She had shared an exciting update about the same in an interview with Bollywood Life. When Soni was asked about the ongoing speculations in the media, she had stated that she was also not aware of anything about the wedding and was waiting to get some information about the same.
When the doting mother was quipped further to shed some light on the wedding for Ranbir and Alia’s fans, Soni Razdan had stated:
"Well, there's a lot of time left. It'll happen some time in the future, and that's a long way off. Now, when it'll happen, I don't know. Maybe, you'll have to call Alia's agent for that (a jovial reference to the web series she's done), but even her agent might not know.”
