Junior B, Abhishek Bachchan and ex-Miss World, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, after a formal proposal in New York, went to Mumbai and had gotten officially engaged on January 14, 2007, at the Bachchan’s residence. The duo had tied the knot on April 20, 2007, and in the year 2011, they had entered the parenthood league by welcoming a beautiful baby girl, whom they had named, Aaradhya Bachchan. Despite being a star couple, the two always show their husband-wife life to be as of a comman couple, making people fan of them even more.
Recently, we got a hold of a throwback video of The Kapil Sharma Show, when Aishwarya was there to promote her film, Sarbjit. The actress looked gorgeous in an off-white printed outfit with a golden border. In the video, we can see Kapil asking Ash if she and Abhishek have small fights as well? To which, she replied, "Yes it happens." Kapil then further asks her, "Who is the one who apologises first?" On this, Aishwarya started laughing, and Navjot Singh Sidhu interrupted adding that what kind of question is this? It is obvious that Abhishek would be the one who must be saying sorry first. On this Ash quickly responded, "No. I am the one who apologises first and finishes the topic." She had said, “Abhishek does what he has to do or what he feels like doing… to each his own. There have been instances where he has been silent for years and made a choice to remain silent and then once a while he decides to engage and then he does. Talking about Abhishek and Aishwarya's love story, the duo had been best of friends and later, their friendship turned into a beautiful union. In an interview with India Today, Abhishek had revealed his love story and had said, "I was working with Aishwarya during the start of my career. Our first film together was Dhai Akshar Prem Ke in 2000 and we were friends since then. Simultaneously, we signed another film together called Kuch Na Kaho. We always had a close friendship and in time, it evolved into something more than that."
Abhishek had also revealed his proposal story and had said, "I proposed to Aishwarya after Umrao Jaan and then we got married. Now we are parents to a beautiful daughter, Aaradhya." Later, in an interview with Famously Filmfare, Aishwarya had talked about the time when Abhishek had first proposed to her. She had said, “I remember.
