It was on May 18, 2019, when our Instagram feeds were full of dapper dance videos of Aaradhya Bachchan, performing at Shiamak Davar's Summer Funk show. Though we have seen Aaradhya attending parties and chilling with her star parents, this is probably one of the best version of hers. In the videos, Aaradhya is seen showing most of her dancing skills in Gully Boy songs which gave us all a mini-glimpse of the already a superstar-in-the-making. Soon after, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan left for the 72nd Cannes Film Festival and all we did was impatiently wait for her first look. But prior to revealing her Cannes look, Aishwarya posted a picture of the trio (probably before or after the Shiamak Davar function) which comprised of herself, daughter Aaradhya and hubby, Abhishek, which she had captioned as “Ours”, backed by multitudes of emojis. While the awesome threesome had looked amazing, but little Aaradhya was seen donning some makeup, which led fans once again brutally troll the celeb mommy-daughter duo. Comments such as “Your daughter looks better without makeup..she's too young for lipstick and eyeliner” and “I have a daughter and I most definitely don't want her wearing makeup until her skins mature enough to take all that chemicals. And then came about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan’s first look from Cannes 2019, where the duo twinned in the shades of yellow. The Kajra Re star chose a metallic gold gown which had a long trail with leaf-like cutouts on one arm, while the other one was left open. Aaradhya complemented her mother by wearing a lacy asymmetrical gown. The duo was holding hands as they posed for the camera. Sharing a picture from the same, Aishwarya wrote, “My Sunshine Forever LOVE YOU.” Abhishek had commented, “The gold standard!” on the image. In an interview with SpotboyE, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had talked about how she and her husband, Abhishek Bachchan deal with trolls. Speaking about Junior B, Aishwarya had said, “Abhishek does what he has to do or what he feels like doing… to each his own. There have been instances where he has been silent for years and made a choice to remain silent and then once a while he decides to engage and then he does. There is no telling if he will or if he won’t, it is a matter of at that time.” Sharing that she has no time for trolls, Aishwarya had stated, “It’s the approach, sense of self, self-confidence, self-esteem and finding strength in our capabilities that I find liberating. Be in tune with who you are because that keeps you positive. Once you start radiating that positivity, there is no stopping you.”
Do you know, soon after the birth of their daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and her hubby, Abhishek Bachchan had updated their relationship from friends to becoming a responsible couple, overnight? Yes, the Guru star had stated in an interview, “Overnight, we went from being dearest of friends to looking to being a couple and starting a family together, you know how quickly that happened.” About Aishwarya, Aaradhya had shared, “I can see a mini-me in Aaradhya. I go every day with her to school to drop and pick her up. I do it because I like to do it. I enjoy the time that we spend together. I’m blissed out and that’s the contentment that everyone gets to see. I’m glad about the choices I’ve made with regards to her.
