Brahamastra fame stars, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are making it to the headlines not only for their upcoming movie but also for their budding love chronicle. Alia has time and again shared her huge crush on Ranbir and now she is finally involved with him, at least rumours say so. Right from their lovely candid clicks on social media to Ranbir turning photographer for lovely Alia, their love is growing stronger with each passing day. Earlier, Alia’s dear daddy, Mahesh Bhatt talked about Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s relationship. In fact, he had silently approved of their jodi. Mahesh ji had stated, "I have never spoken about my children's private lives. They are adults and it is their prerogative. I would never demean and belittle them by talking about it in public. It's their right and if they want to talk about it or to remain silent about it; it's their choice. I respect what they do with their life."
And now, Alia Bhatt’s mom, Soni Razdan, has also given her consent in an indirect manner. Just like any other maa-beti jodi, even Alia and Soni share a cordial bond with each other. In a recent interaction with Hindustan Times, Soni Razdan was asked if Alia has ever talked about her relationship with Ranbir, to which she was quoted as saying, "I don t discuss these things with anybody. For the ones who don’t know, sometime back, Rishi Kapoor was quoted as saying, "Neetu (Ranbir s mom) likes her, I like her, Ranbir likes her. Get it?” When she was asked to comment on the same, Soni remarked, "I don t know really, Rishi ji is very outspoken, he never minces words. We all know each other, I have worked with him. I know Neetu and Ranbir. What's the big thing? But Ranbir is a lovely, lovely boy."
In the same interview when Soni Razdan was further probed to share how it felt when Ranbir and Alia’s relationship rumours started doing the rounds, she said, "I have a very good relationship with my daughter. I don t go by what rumours say; I talk to her directly. We have had discussions on what's going on or not going on in her life. It’s her life at the end of the day, so I am happy to let her live it the way she wants to." Amazing! That means mom Soni has no qualms about Alia and Ranbir's relationship. Not just Soni Razdan but in a recent interview, Rishi Kapoor too had approved of Ranbir-Alia's relationship as he said, “It’s Ranbir’s life. Who he wants to get married to is his prerogative. Neetu likes her, I like her, Ranbir likes her. Get it? I can’t be judgmental. On the work front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will next be seen in the much-talked-about movie, Brahmastra. The entire cast and crew have been filming it in Bulgaria and after a month-long schedule, they have finally wrapped up and are back in town. The film Brahmastra is slated for an August 2019 release.
