Bollywood actor, Aftab Shivdasani and his beautiful wife, Nin Dusanj hopped on to the journey of parenthood on August 2, 2020, with the arrival of their baby girl. For the uninitiated, Aftab's wife, Nin lives in London with her parents and their baby girl, Nevaeh, while Aftab juggles between London and India to fulfil his work commitments.

To announce the arrival of his baby girl, Aftab had taken to his Instagram handle and had posted an adorable picture of his baby girl's feet and had written, "A little bit of Heaven has been sent to Earth', with God's blessings @nin_dusanj and I are happy to announce the birth of our daughter.. we are proud parents and a family of three now."
As Aftab Shivdasani is busy balancing his work and personal life between India and the UK, he talked to the Bombay Times and expressed his wish to meet his baby girl soon. He said, “I am eager to bring my daughter to India. I want her to experience all things Indian. She was born in London and we wanted her to grow up a little before bringing her to Mumbai, as travelling during the pandemic is risky. Now, Nevaeh is nine months old, so when the COVID situation gets better, we will come back together. Due to the second wave in India, our plans went for a toss, otherwise, we had planned to return around April. My parents live in Mumbai, and since the time she was born, we have been in touch over video calls."
Aftab further hoped that his parents get to meet their granddaughter soon. He said, “Given the current situation, I didn’t think it was safe for my parents to travel to London. I hope that they get to hold, cuddle and kiss their granddaughter very soon.” Talking about taking on parenting duties, Aftab said, “Together, Nin and I are raising a baby. I am a complete hands-on dad, and we both share our responsibilities equally. Having said that, I am sure Nin does more than me, and I just try to match up to her. I am living a very domesticated life here.”

Talking about how he spends time in London, Aftab said, “When in London I spend the whole time with my wife and daughter because when I have to travel for work, I end up staying apart for long duration. The longest time I was away from them was for two months when I was in India shooting for a web show. What I like about London is that it has open spaces to walk, lots of greenery and fresh air. I enjoy taking Nevaeh for a stroll.”
On January 31, 2021, Aftab Shivdasani had taken to his IG handle and had shared some mesmerisingly beautiful pictures with his wife, Nin. Along with the pictures, the actor had penned a thoughtful message about family love and had written, "‘If I had all the treasure in the world, I would follow my dreams, play with my children, and spend time with my wife.' “No”, said the old wise man. If you followed your dreams, played with your children, and spent time with your wife, you would have all the treasures in the world.’ - Atticus. #myworld."
