One of the greatest actors of all time, Dilip Kumar had left his millions of fans worried on June 7, 2021, after he was admitted to Hinduja hospital on Sunday morning. The 98-year-old superstar was having difficulty in breathing. However, after all the medical care and tests, Dilip Kumar has been discharged from the Hinduja hospital and pictures, and videos from the same are going viral on the internet.

Earlier, Saira Banu had talked about her husband's health in an interview with India TV. She had said that the veteran actor had been admitted to PD Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai. He was having breathing issues for the past few days. Saira Banu had also shared that Dr Jaleel Parker and a team at Hinduja led by Dr Nitin Gokhale are looking after him.
On June 11, 2021, Faisal Farooqui took to Dilip Kumar's official Twitter handle and delighted his massive fanbase and the entire entertainment industry with the news of his discharge from the hospital. Farooqui wrote in his tweet, "With your love and affection, and your prayers, Dilip Saab is going home from the hospital. God's infinite mercy and kindness through Drs. Gokhale, Parkar, Dr. Arun Shah and the entire team at Hinduja Khar. --Faisal Farooqui."
After some hours of the Tweet, Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu were snapped and recorded outside the Hinduja hospital along with their caretakers, family members, and security. The veteran actor can be seen lying on a hospital bed with a mask on his face. In the video, we can also see his wife, Saira Banu, waving hands towards some of her and his husband's fans and paparazzi, who were gathered outside the hospital to record the special moment.

On June 6, 2021, Dilip Kumar's official Twitter handle had shared a tweet regarding his health. The tweet could be read as "Dilip Sahab has been admitted to non-Covid PD Hinduja Hospital Khar for routine tests and investigations. He's had episodes of breathlessness. A team of healthcare workers led by Dr. Nitin Gokhale is attending to him. Please keep Sahab in your prayers, and please stay safe." Check it out below:
After this, on June 7, 2021, Saira Banu had shared a picture with Dilip Kumar from the hospital room. In the picture, Dilip Kumar had looked in a lot of pain and Saira was seen comforting him. In another tweet, Saira had shared a note and had revealed that Dilip Kumar is getting better and will be discharged soon. Her note could be read as "Past few days my beloved husband, Yousuf Khan, has been unwell and recuperating at a hospital in Mumbai. Through this note, I want to thank all of you for keeping him in your prayers and for all the love and affection."
