She is also often regarded as one of the most skilled actresses of all time. However, her personal life is nothing less than a roller coaster ride. According to the latest reports, her estranged husband and actor, Abhinav Kohli's actions are going to increase her problems.

For the unversed, when Shweta Tiwari was riding high in her career, she was going through an abusive marriage with Raja Chaudhary. Even in her second marriage with actor, Abhinav Kohli, the actress reportedly became a victim of domestic violence. However, she had endured it all for the sake of her children for a long time, before breaking all ties with him.
According to a report in ETimes, Shweta Tiwari's estranged husband, Abhinav Kohli, has moved to the court for seeking the cancellation of her interim bail. Abhinav has also knocked the court's door for his son, Reyansh Kohli's custody, and the hearing of his case is on July 6, 2021. Earlier, Abhinav had stated that his estranged wife, Shweta, had gone away to South Africa becuase of her professional commitments, without informing the court. Now, after Abhinav's move, Shweta has to file an official reply from her side in the court.
After all the abandoning fiasco, on May 10, 2021, Shweta had shared a shocking CCTV footage, narrating her side of the story and revealing her estranged husband, Abhinav's real face. In the video, Abhinav could be seen snatching their son, Reyansh, from Shweta's arms. She had also shared a video where their son could be seen hiding from Abhinav because of fear.
Later, Abhinav had hit back at Shweta in an IG LIVE session and had shown videos of how Shweta had tried to convince their son to go back to her home. In some videos, he had also shown how Reyansh is close to his father. Addressing the CCTV footage, Abhinav had shared videos of how Shweta had forcefully taken their son away when he wasn't willing to go. He had also shared a few court orders in the LIVE session.

For those who don't know, it was in the year 2019 when the rumours of trouble in Shweta's paradise had made it to the gossip section of every newspaper. And it was confirmed when Shweta had filed a domestic violence case against her second husband, Abhinav Kohli. According to the reports, she had filed a case at Samta Nagar Police Station in Mumbai and Abhinav was immediately taken into police custody for two days. He was accused of using inappropriate language with his step-daughter, Palak.
