Well, sindoor is considered to be a mark of married women. Indian woman considers sindoor as sentiment and tradition. They fill their foreheads with beautiful sindoor every day.
All the rituals performed during the marriage ceremonies have their own significance. One such tradition is the application of sindoor on the forehead by married women.
