Fenugreek’s antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, and anti-ageing properties are excellent foods for the skin as well.

Quick Fix: Take a handful of fenugreek seeds and grind it in the mixer to powder the seeds. You can also use fenugreek powder readily available in the market. Add coconut milk to the powdered fenugreek and apply it on your scalp. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo after half an hour.
