Additi Gupta Enjoys Her 'Miss To Mrs' Time With Her 'Team Bride' In Mehendi-Cum-Bachelorette Bash

Amidst Isha Ambani-Anand Piramal and Kapil Sharma-Ginni Chatrath’s pre-wedding festivities that are making it to our social media timelines, the Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil fame Additi Gupta too announced her upcoming wedding. Additi is just one day away from becoming Mrs and her pre-wedding functions are going on in full swing. As per the latest SpotboyE report, Additi and Kabir are getting married tomorrow i.e. December 11, 2018. Their wedding will be an intimate affair in Juhu, Mumbai, post which, the couple will host a wedding reception in the evening itself. The report also suggests that a cocktail party will be thrown for their friends from the industry on December 12. Additi, who plays Archana in Kaal Bhairav Rahasya 2, is juggling between her real-life and reel-life weddings. 

As per a Bollywood Life report, Additi had stated, "Shooting day and night is quite challenging with heavy wedding costumes on. I'm struggling to even find time for my real wedding. I wish the schedule of our show changes so that we can enjoy life outside work too."

The pre-wedding festivities have begun for Additi and her friends, Drashti Dhami, Anita Hassanandani, Pooja Gor, Kritika Kamra and Jeena Gupta gave us a glimpse of the bride-to-be’s mehendi-cum-bachelorette bash. While Additi is dressed in a white t-shirt which says, “I’m getting married”, her ‘team bride’ is wearing black t-shirts which says, ‘So, we’re getting drunk’. Additi Gupta kept her relationship under wraps and announced her engagement to her pilot boyfriend, Kabir Chopra by sharing a romantic picture from the ceremony, she captioned it with a heart emoji. And in her Insta story, she shared a snap holding hands of her fiancé and wrote, "I said no... Talking about her roka in an interview with Times Of India, Additi Gupta shared, "It’s too personal and too new to talk about... if you know what I mean. All I can say is that yes, the news is true and I have been ROKAOED." The actress even went on to reveal that she never wanted an industry man. Here’s what Additi had said, "I am glad for the fact that he is not from this industry. I never wanted an industry boy."

In an interview to The Times Of India earlier, Additi spoke about being single and was quoted as saying, "I don't feel I should plan about my marriage so early. But yes my parents wish to see me settled. My relatives, people around and neighbours keep asking my parents about my marriage plans. Such questions are sometimes funny, irritating and also make you blush (laughs). I'm happy being single after the breakup. As of now I'm not dating anyone but enjoying being single."

Additi was also rumoured to be dating an investment banker, Rizwan Bachav, but the duo broke up ending their relationship of two long years. As per Tellychakkar reports, a source had stated, “Additi and Rizwan have known each other for more than five years now. Rizwan, who has been friends with Ekta Kapoor, found the love of his life in Ekta’s find, Additi. With passing of time, their bond grew stronger and they realized that they are made for each other. But now, all seems to be over, as they have parted ways.”

After the break up with Rizwan, Additi found love in her Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil co-star, Laksh Lalwani. According to a source, “Additi and Laksh have a strong bond, which is very much visible. They are always spotted together on the set, and prefer to spend quality time with each other.” When Laksh was contacted to comment on the same, he shared, “I find it really funny when I get linked with girls. Earlier it was Rashami leaving home for me. And now, it is Additi leaving Rizwan for me. I do not connect with it.
