The bubbly yet charming, Divyanka Tripathi aka Dr. Ishita Bhalla of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame has always denied being in a relationship ever since she broke up with Ssharad Malhotra, whom she had been dating for the past seven years. Recently, rumours of Divyanka dating her co-star Vivek Dahiya, who plays the role of ACP Abhishek in the show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein started doing the rounds. A source close to the couple said:
"It's been over a month since the two started dating. They are still exploring the relationship, which is at an initial stage."
Now, the latest on this couple is that Divyanka's parents met Vivek on the sets of their show, and have approved of the relationship. According to a leading tabloid, Divyanka's parents have approved of the relationship and "do not want to stretch this affair". Well, it seems with the blessings of the parents by their side now, they will tie the knot soon.

This has been denied by Divyanka vehemently, and she even said:
“I must be the most eligible single girl in town, and that's why I am being subjected to these speculations. I will take it as a compliment. As far as dating is concerned, I'm not a 'casual dating' person.”

However, various reports suggest that they both are planning to take their relationship to the next level. And, Divyanka and Vivek's recent appearance at the Indian Telly Awards together, more than confirmed the news of them dating. When Divyanka was asked to comment, this is what she had to say:
"I cannot really speak about my relationship at this point of time. You need to figure out who is spreading rumours from the set."

Although, she did admit to being closest to Vivek on the sets, yet it hurts her when she sees people trying to defame her name and character. She further said,
"There are always people making up stories and that really upsets me. I don't wish to curse anyone. I just feel bad when women especially try to sabotage the image of another woman".
