The love birds, Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar's romantic story is ready to take a turn as they are expecting a baby soon. Recently, in an interview, the Chor Nikal ke Bhaga actress, Yami revealed how happy she was when she learned about her pregnancy.
In an interview with Hindustan Times, remembering the joyful moment of their lives, Yami Gautam's husband, Aditya Dhar added that they were full of happiness and, on the seventh cloud, heard the happy news of the baby. He also said that they were jumping out of joy and excitement. It was indeed a very special news for the both of them.

In the same interview, Yami revealed her perspective on pregnancy news and said she was utterly unprepared for such profound news. She also added that whenever someone is all set to welcome a baby into her family, she gets happy for them. For instance, Yami was pleased to hear the news of her sister's pregnancy, but when she learned about her pregnancy, she could not stop smiling. In the same interview, she said:
"You are never prepared for a moment like this. You only realise once you are in it. You get happy when it happens to your loved ones like my sister was pregnant. When it has happened to me, I can't stop smiling. You forget everything and then come back to reality to plan. It's a very personal time; we are private people. We had to be cautious."
This statement proved that for a second, Yami forgot everything, hearing the exciting news of her baby. It took her a while to accept the reality, which was like a dream come true. It was a very happy yet private time, for which she needed to be cautious. In an earlier interview with ANI, the Vicky Donor fame, Yami Gautam shared that she had completed all the action sequences and rigorous training of her recently released political drama, Article 370, before getting pregnant. She added:
"The portions that were left were mostly talking portions, scenes, exterior shots, travel and all. So, there are certain moments when you realise your true potential, and you can do beyond your reserved energy and how much strength your mind has."

However, Yami Gautam also revealed that her husband, Aditya Dhar has been immensely supportive during her transformative period. It was an overwhelming moment of bliss and delight when they heard about the pregnancy and revealed the parents-to-be. It was news to cherish forever, and they couldn't wait to welcome the newest member of their family.
Yami and Aditya met on their first collaboration, URI, and started dating. Now, their next collaboration is the political drama Article 370, and they are all merry and happy to welcome the first child of their perfect family.
