Govinda reuniting with his bhanja, Krushna Abhishek, and Kashmera Shah on the occasion of Arti Singh's wedding was the most talked-about event in recent times. Arti tied the knot with the man of her dreams, Deepak Chauhan, on April 25, 2024, at the ISKCON temple. For the occasion, her mama, Govinda, attended the wedding ceremony, burying the 8-year-long family feud.
For the uninitiated, Govinda and his wife, Sunita, were miffed with Krushna Abhishek and his wife, Kashmera, for numerous reasons. But in a recent podcast, Govinda revealed the real reason why he was angry with the couple, and the reason was not something we were expecting.

We recently stumbled over a video on our social media where Govinda can be seen discussing the issue that caused him to be hurt and upset over Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah. Govinda divulged that when Krushna and Kashmera's twins were born, he and his wife, Sunita, visited the hospital to meet the kids but were not allowed to enter as instructed by their parents. At that time, Govinda thought that it may have been due to an infection scare.
However, after that day, Govinda tried to meet the kids four times, but each trial went futile as he was not allowed to even enter the premises. This incident hurt him beyond repair, and to add more misery, Krushna Abhishek went on numerous interviews and alleged Govinda of not visiting his kids, which was a complete lie. Talking about the situation, Govinda added:
"Krishna ke bache paida hua, toh mei dekhne ke liye hospital gaya, Sunita ko le gaya tha. Humlog jis waqt gaye, aise toh dekh liya parantu kaha ki mann akia gaya hai ki kisi ke kareeb nahi ane dena. meine kaha, ki ho sakta hai Sunita ki infection ke wahaj se. Toh mei aise chaar time ja chuka hu ki mei bacho log ke taraf dekh ke aya hai. Woh accept hi nahi karta hai. Woh jo interview jaha karta hai bolta hai mere bache dekhne nahi aye hai."

Govinda and his son, Yashvardhan, were present at Arti's wedding, but Sunita's absence was a noticeable void. Kashmera, understanding Sunita's anger, shared her plan to mend their relationship. She expressed hope that the women of the family, both strong and independent, would find a way to reconcile their differences.
