Celeb and their babies make the loudest buzz in the headlines and tabloids. One such celeb who embraced motherhood is none other than one of Bollywood’s most popular singers, Sunidhi Chauhan.

Sunidhi welcomed her first child, a baby boy, on the day of New Year i.e. January 01, 2018. We brought to you the happy news earlier. In case, you missed it, read here.
Sunidhi is married to singer and music director, Hitesh Sonik. They tied the nuptial knot on April 24, 2012, in a low-profile wedding function amidst friends and family in Mumbai. The couple is elated after embracing parenthood with the arrival of their first child.

And now, Sunidhi’s father, Dushyant Chauhan, has something interesting to say. In an interview with the Mumbai Mirror, he revealed:
“Both Hitesh and Sunidhi were confident it would be a girl so they kept looking for names of girls till the last minute. Their list had no names of boys.”
He further added:
“My wife and I were the only ones who thought it would be a boy but when we told her that, Sunidhi would say, 'Papa aise mat bolo, I want my baby girl!' Now, of course, everyone is ecstatic but the parents still have to pick a name for their son.”

Sunidhi and Hitesh welcomed their first baby at Mumbai's Surya Hospital, and their gynaecologist told IANS that the baby was normal and healthy and that the delivery was uneventful.
While she was pregnant, Sunidhi had remarked on how she would balance motherhood and professional life to the IANS:
"Every girl in the world goes through this and I am one of them. I have to balance both. I do know that my first and last love is my singing, the gift God gave to me. So, I will take care of both and just make sure I am at peace with myself.”

So, here we’re! We’re so happy for newbie mom. We can’t wait more for the little munchkin’s first glimpse and now that so much has spilt on the baby’s names, we’re more eager to know what name Sunidhi and Hitesh would finalise for their baby boy.
