Suhani Bhatnagar, who carved a space in the heart of the audience with her acting mettle as the younger role of 'Babita Phogat' in Aamir Khan-starrer, Dangal, left everyone heartbroken as the reports about her demise surfaced online. For those who don't know, Suhani was one of 10,000 girls to bag the role in the movie, courtesy of the purity her face and soul held. However, recently Aamir Khan's team reacted to the heart-wrenching report of Suhani's demise.
Taking to their official X account (previously Twitter), Aamir Khan's team penned a heartfelt note on the news of Suhani Bhatnagar passing away. In the note, Aamir's team stated how deeply saddened they were after hearing such news. The team also heaped praises on the late actress, Suhani, and called her a talented girl and a team player. On February 17, 2024, the reports about Suhani Bhatnagar's demise started making the headlines. The diva bid goodbye to the world at the tender age of 19. Although the actual reason for her demise is not yet known at the moment, multiple media reports suggest that she faced an accident that caused her a leg fracture. As per the reports, Suhani was on some prescribed medications, which led to some serious side effects, such as fluid accumulation.
There's no denying the fact that Suhani Bhatnagar won everyone's hearts with her performance in Dangal. However, it was Aamir Khan who heaped praises on the then 11-year-old Suhani. Aamir called her and Zaira Wasim, i.e., his on-screen daughters, far better than him. In an interview just before the release of the movie, Aamir had said that if anyone asked him to rate his performance, he would rather say that Suhana and Zaira performed better than him. Aamir could be quoted as saying:
"If I have to rate our performance in the film, I would say that these kids performed ten times better than what I did. No, I am not exaggerating anything."

In an interview with Viral Bollywood on their YouTube channel, Suhani Bhatnagar talked in detail about her fond memories while shooting for Dangal. The actress revealed that from the beginning to the end of the movie's shoot, everything held a special place in her memory as well as was a big achievement for her. In the same interview, the late actress mentioned that she had been receiving a lot of compliments for her role. The diva mentioned how her family and relatives had been beaming with pride and happiness for her. Suhani shared:
"I am getting a lot of compliments. Sab ko bahut accha lag raha hai, relatives ko family members ko."

It was back in 2017 when taking to her social media handle, Suhani Bhatnagar dropped an adorable photo of herself, wherein she could be seen holding a shiny award.
