This isn’t the first time that Shilpa has publicly spoken of her love for her hubby. On account of Raj’s birthday on September 08, 2018, Shilpa took to Instagram and penned a, what she called “cheesy”, post for her man. In a throwback interview, Raj shared that his wife is his strength. This is what he had said, “I’d say she has past all my expectations by being a fantastic mother. Shilpa’s the best wife I could ever imagine. She’s the wind beneath my wings and I try to be her support system.” He had also shared some of the relationship rules that they follow. Sharing about the same, Raj stated, “For any relationship to work, you need to have balance. If one person is hot headed, the other person needs to be calm. Not that it always happens. Sometimes you might both get angry and have arguments but that’s part of life. But we have a point, if we realise we’re wrong, we say sorry and move on. We’re particular about not going to bed angry. We always make sure that before the night is over; we sort out our differences and move on to the next day.”
On Valentines’ Eve this year (2018), Shilpa shared intricate details about sustaining love in marriage. She stated in an interview, “I am basking in the glory of love. I am blessed. I really think that a wedding has to involve the hearts. If you cannot visualise yourself waking up with him every morning, you shouldn’t get married.” And further added, “I have got a man who cares about me, encourages me and is not insecure about my position.
