Bollywood actor, Shahid Kapoor is a loving hubby to his wifey, Mira Rajput Kapoor and a doting daddy to their kids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. Despite his busy schedule, the actor manages to take time out to spend some time with his adorable family. Shahid and Mira are extremely protective of their kids' privacy, and time and again, they have raised the bar of parenting style higher.
On June 26, 2023, Shahid Kapoor and his wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor were spotted at the Mumbai airport as they jetted off to a family vacation with their kids, Misha and Zain. The couple happily posed for the paparazzi before entering the airport while their children were patiently waiting in the background for their parents to join them. The paps obliged Mira and Shahid's concern about their kids' privacy and didn't click their pictures.

In a video, Shahid was seen dressed in a blue-hued tracksuit which he styled with a hat and a bag. On the other hand, Mira opted for a powder blue-hued tracksuit with a basic white t-shirt and a pair of shoes. Meanwhile, their kids, Misha and Zain were dressed in co-ord sets. After Shahid left, his daughter, Misha came running towards him and held his hand as they walked together. Zain also held his mommy's hand and walked alongside her. The kids looked super excited as they geared up for their vacation.

In an interview with the Indian Express, when Shahid Kapoor was asked if he has consciously taken the decision to keep his kids, Misha and Zain, away from the limelight, he revealed that he wants to give a normal lifestyle to them. Mentioning how he could not change certain things in their kids' lives, Shahid shared that he feels that a lot of problems are happening because of him. Talking about how he too craves normalcy, the actor shared that he thinks there is great value in simple things in life, as it makes you feel normal.
