Rubina Dilaik has been going through a lot as a mommy of twin girls. While she is enjoying every moment of her motherhood journey, she has her own struggle, which she was never prepared for. Rubina is on a mission to educate and make all young women who are going through the same journey. With the help of her show, Kisi Ne Bataya Nahi, Rubina has been talking to fellow new moms and discussing things and struggles that no one ever talked about.
Motherhood is not easy, and every woman faces their own struggle. Recently, in an interaction with Juhi Godambe, Rubina opened up about her motherhood struggles. The actress revealed the mom guilt, she went through when she had to leave her twin daughters for four days for the promotion of her film. Rubina revealed that there is a feeling of heaviness not just in your heart but also in your body, which goes through a lot.

Recalling the moment, Rubina stated that leaving kids alone wasn't easy, and her body also felt the pain; she had cramps and her period at the same time. In the midst of dealing with all the emotions and pain, Rubina forgot her breast pump. She was quoted as saying:
"Vo guilt na apko physically bhi itna effect karta hai. Mai jabse ghar se nikali thi till next day, mereko ajeeb sa body mein pain ho raha hai. I had my cramps, my periods starting. My body was going through so-so-so much. Is sabke chakkar mein apna breast pump bhul gayi ghar par."
Rubina further added that at night, she had excruciating pain, and she was looking out for a breast pump so that she could express it. She called her mother, and it was late in the night, she got one, and she cried her heart out. Rubina was quoted as saying:
"Raat ko I had excruciating pain. They were hard as rock, I was looking for kahi ja kar manual breast pump mil jaye. I was crying, and I was leaking, and it was hurting, and they were hard as a rock. I called my mom and I told her I am not feeling myself, I also called Abhinav also, raat ke 12 baje, he said please look for it at medical store. One in the night, I am pumping out and I am crying, it is not just parting thing, but also parting from your ownself, and understanding these many things."
Rubina Dilaik has been talking to fellow celebrity moms on her chat show, Kisi Ne Bataya Nahi. During the episode, Rubina recalled a night when her mother was sleeping with her, and her kids were sleeping in the cot. Late in the night, when she woke up to feed one of her daughters, another woke up, and she got super angry. Rubina was quoted as saying:
"Ek time aisa aaya tha, I remember raat ke 2:30 ya 3 baj rahe the. Mumma mere sath soti thi aur Abhinav hote the. Humne unko bola tha agr kabi hua toh come help mumma if I am unable to feed. Toh raat ko mai uthi or feed karwa rahi hoon. Peeche se mai Jeeva ko sunti hoon rote hue. Yeh feed ho hi raha ki mai usko sunti hoon."
Rubina further stated that she woke up her husband, Abhinav, and told him what had happened and how it was a sign of a problem. Her husband sweetly asked her what she wanted to eat, and she told him halwa with lots of ghee. After this incident, she decided to seek counselling and called her nutritionist to help her. The actress stated that she is now well-prepared for the postpartum journey.
