From past so many weeks, news of trouble in Ranbir and Katrina’s paradise was making the rounds. And as per the sources, it is now confirmed, the couple has parted ways! Yes, you heard us right!
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif who were in a live-in relationship, have finally called it quits. And let us tell you, no infidelity was involved.

According to a source very close to the Kapoor clan, Ranbir and Katrina have mutually parted ways on a good note, as the two of them did not want to make it ugly.

According to reports, the Kapoor khandaan and its problems with Katrina have been listed among the reasons the couple parted ways. That Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir's mother, did not get along all too well with Katrina has been on several lip-tips for months now.

The source also revealed that Ranbir has moved back with his parents. And, Katrina is still living in their terrace apartment on Carter Road, Mumabi. There are a lot of reasons that led to their break-up. A few of them are Ranbir’s parents not liking their son’s choice, their busy schedules and Ranbir’s closeness with his ex-girlfriend, Deepika Padukone. Although the couple tried fixing these issues, but all in vain!
Recently Ranbir and Katrina were both present at the Umang Mumbai Police Show 2016, albeit not together. Ex-girlfriend Katrina happened to arrive at the venue, while Ranbir was leaving with his dad. Katrina was also on stage, along with her Fitoor co-star Aditya Roy Kapur and anchor Manish Paul. The two avoided eye contact and clearly ignored each other.
In a recent interview with DNA, when the journalist tried to get her to answer a few questions about this, Katrina mostly spoke in vague and general terms. However, when asked whether it would be ironic that she’s single on Valentine’s Day even though she’s starring in a big Valentine’s release, Katrina said, “Wasn’t it me who said that I am single till I marry? So we must always stand by our statements and as technically my status is unmarried. So, I guess I am still single!”
It is very natural when a couple break-up, their families too feel the blow. And, that seems to be the case with Katrina Kaif's mother, Suzzane Turquotte. The lady, seeing her daughter in distress,apparently tried to contact Neetu Kapoor, mother of Ranbir Kapoor for a reconcilation between the couple. However, Neetu very politely told Suzzane that there is very little she could do in the matter as this is what Ranbir wants.
