The year 2018 has begun on a good note, especially for talented TV serial Pyaar Ka Dard Hai… Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara fame, Alekh Sangal. The actor entered into a beautiful phase of his life by getting engaged to the love of his life, Nazneen Dharamsey on January 18, 2018. His girlfriend turned fiancée, Nazneen is a content strategic planner by profession and the two happened to meet through his common industry friend a year ago and instantly clicked with each other.
This year, finally, the duo decided to take their relationship to another beautiful level and got engaged. The engagement was a close-knit affair with family and industry friends like Nakuul Mehta, Drashti Dhami, Kashmira Irani, Vahbiz Dorabjee and Ruslaan Mumtaz graced the occasion. As per the reports, it was supposed to be a traditional roka ceremony but turned out to be an engagement ceremony. Check out the pictures here:

In an exclusive interview by TellyChakkar, Alekh expressed his feelings and was quoted as saying, “It is a beautiful feeling of falling in love and making that person your life partner. It was supposed to be a roka ceremony, which eventually turned out to be an engagement. It was Nazneen’s birthday yesterday, so I was a gift for her (smiles). The occasion got more exciting by having my close friends Nakuul (Mehta), Drashti (Dhami), Kashmira (Irani) and Ruslaan (Mumtaz).” He further added and said, “Since I have so many couples around me, it inspired me as well to join the gang.” When asked about their plans to get married, Alekh said,”The wedding will take place by the end of this year.”

Nakuul Mehta posted the above picture and captioned it as, "Our main man got engaged last evening & all we did was laugh at his expense. Channelling our inner Juhu Chowpatty, Shankari & Mhada feels since some occasions in life call out for authenticity.” Even Drashti attended the ceremony with her hubby and captioned the below picture as,” Cheers to Alekh sangal and @nazzissist #hitched #engaged#stillcantbelieve#happy#excited#touchwood.” Ruslaan captioned and said,” The real life ISHQBAAAZ BOYZ. When bad boys look this good.”
