Strong Woman Do Bong Soon is one of the highest-rated South Korean comedy thriller dramas of all time. Released in 2017, the drama set records that were previously unheard of, so much so that even six years after its release, it is still very relevant. The masses loved the cemistry of the leads, Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik, and fans shipped them both as on and off-screen couples.
Currently, a spin-off of the drama is ongoing on Netflix titled, Strong Woman Nam-Soon. Park Bo Young and Park Hyung Sik appeared in a cameo in the drama. Their few minutes-long cameo garnered more viewership than the entire drama ever could. Soon after their cameo went viral, fans started to revisit the romantic journey of the duo and to add fuel to the existing blaze, Park Hyung Sik uploaded a picture with his ‘crush’, Park Bo Young.

Instagram now allows its users to add songs to their uploads, and taking advantage of the same, Park Hyung Sik uploaded a picture with his ‘crush’, Park Bo Young. ‘Min Min’ used the song, For Us by BTS' V in his post, and the lines of the song entail the story of a man waiting for his lover and wishing for a happy ending. The lyrics of the song are:
“I’m still waitin’ for ya
Will you change your mind?
I would give it all up
For us
Ooh
I wish I could stay with you”
As soon as the post surfaced online, it went viral in no time. The song and its lyrics made us wonder if Hyung Sik is trying to communicate to Park Bo Young that he is still waiting for her and hopes for a happy ending to his unrequited love.

This is not the first time Park Hyung Sik has expressed his love for Park Bo Young. Previously, at a press conference, Park Hyung Sik admitted that he loves Park Bo Young and is deeply saddened that their time together is over. Park Hyung Sik added:
“Park Bo Young noona, I really loved you. You were that lovable. It was so natural for me to love you. I wanted to love you more, but I’m sad it’s over.”
Park Hyung Sik’s love for Park Bo Young wasn’t one-sided either. The real-life ‘Bong Soon’ reciprocated the love for ‘Min Min’ and even fangirled over him. Bo Young revealed that she had a crush on Hyung Sik before their shooting started. Park Bo Young further added:
“I had my eye on Hyung Sik when he was an idol in ZE:A. I know all of the title tracks by heart. Park Hyung Sik has a sweet gaze. If he had just looked at me like that, I would have swooned.”
