Rajkumar Rao is one of the most talented actors in Bollywood, who never skips a chance to win the hearts of his fans with his mesmerising acting skills. The actor made his debut with the film, Love Sex Aur Dhokha, while his career breakthrough happened in 2013 with the dramas, Kai Po Che! and Shahid. Since then, there has been no looking back for the actor. Rajkumar is currently gearing up for the release of his film, Stree 2, alongside Shraddha Kapoor. Talking about his personal life, the actor married the love of his life, Patralekha, in 2021, and they never shy away from shelling out major couple goals out there. On April 13, 2024, Rajkumar and Patralekha attended Diljit Dosanjh's concert in Mumbai, and it was the actor's look that grabbed netizens' attention and left them under the impression about whether he had undergone surgery.
For attending Diljit Dosanjh's concert, Rajkumar Rao and Patralekha opted for chic outfits. Patralekha looked stunning in a white-hued crop top and a pair of beige joggers. Short hair, a pair of black boots, and a classy arm candy finalised her concert look. On the other hand, Rajkumar donned an ash-toned oversized t-shirt, which he teamed with jeans. A pair of sneakers and a pair of glasses added an oomph factor to his look.

As soon as the photos of Rajkumar Rao from Diljit Dosanjh's concert surfaced online, netizens rushed to the comment section to pen down their opinions as the actor looked a bit different. While some users suggested that Rajkumar might have opted for beauty surgery, including chin upliftment, others found out the uncanny resemblance between the actor and the villain from the movie, Fighter, Rishabh Sawhney. In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Rajkumar Rao was asked if he had opted for plastic surgery as there are certain rumours about the same. To this, the actor mentioned that there's no truth in such rumours. When asked about his reaction to such speculations, Rajkumar stated that he just smiles it off as he feels good that people are talking about him.

Earlier, in an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Rajkumar Rao stated that he was told a lot of things due to his looks, including that his eyebrows were not in shape and his build wasn't right, among others. The actor mentioned that he didn't pay any attention to it and asked if the acting matters. Rajkumar also mentioned that in the end, what matters is talents, and everything else isn't important.
