Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are one of the much-loved couples in Bollywood. The duo first met each other during the shoot of their film, Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke, in 1999. And it was in 2005, when while shooting for Umrao Jaan, the much-in-love couple fell head-over-heels in love with one another. In 2007, Abhishek and Aishwarya tied the knot. After four years of their marital bliss, the duo hopped onto the parenthood journey with the arrival of their daughter, Aaradhya. Since the last few years, reports have been rife that there has been some tiff going on between Aishwarya and her hubby and in-laws.
The Bachchans never reacted or opened up about the ongoing rumours about their family. On several occasions, they even debunked such rumours with their joint appearances, but netizens soon spotted there had been some missing spark. And something similar happened yet again, as Aishwarya posted an adorable birthday wish for Abhishek on February 5, 2024. The diva shared two photos. The first photo featured a cutesy family pic featuring herself, Abhishek, and their little one, Aaradhya. Another photo was from the actor's childhood. Sharing the pics, Aishwarya wrote:
"Here’s wishing you Happy Birthday with much happiness, love, calm, peace and good health God Bless. Shine on!"

As soon as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan dropped the adorable birthday post for Abhishek on her IG handle, the screengrabs of the same were shared on the discussion platform, Reddit. Now, reacting to the same, netizens wonder why the actress used an old family photo and didn't mention Abhishek as 'baby' unlike every year, which further left them in wonder if everything is well between the duo. On the other hand, some users claimed the first photo of Aishwarya's post is new, which can be made sure by Aaradhya's new hairstyle.
Reacting to the photos, one user wrote, "It seems like a cordial wish. Every year she writes “baby” but this year it was kept very straightforward." Another comment can be read as, "It's an old pic..most likely from last year. He's not even in Mumbai..! The wish is formal. One that can be used for a friend, cousin etc.. but atleast the pic is not from google I will be surprised if we'll even get an anniversary post this year." A third comment reads, "I don’t know. Apart from all those emojis, it feels like this wish could be for literally anyone."
In a recent interview with Times Now, Abhishek Bachchan opened up about his birthday plans. The actor stated that it is because of his little one that his birthdays become special. He also called Aardahya his universe and called her a wonderful child while crediting Aishwarya for the same. Just like every time, Abhsihek praised Aishwarya for being a doting mom to their baby girl and called the actress a 'terrific' mom. In the same interview, on being asked about his wish to come to the silver screens again, Abhishek added that he is looking forward to coming up as an onscreen pair again along with his wifey, and they are getting a lot of emails regarding the same from their fans.
