Well, its time to rejoice for our favourite Bollywood celebrities as good news is on the way for most of them. While some are getting engaged, some are planning to tie the knot, some are eagerly waiting to welcome their tiny tots in their little world. After Shahid Kapoor-Mira Kapoor and Sania Mirza-Shoaib Malik, another celeb couple who is all set to embrace parenthood is none other than Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Neil Mukesh.
Neil and Rukmini had their hush-hush roka ceremony in 2016 and they were finally pronounced husband and wife on February 9, 2017. After 1 year of marital bliss, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Neil Mukesh are now all set to be “three”. Announcing this good news with their fans, Neil shared two pictures on his Instagram, one of them is a cute doodle in which a bird is on its way with a baby and the picture has "To Be Delivered Soon" written on it. In the other picture, soon-to-be-parents, Neil and Rukmini are holding baby shoes. Neil captioned the pictures as, “Now we will be THREE.”

Elated father-to-be, Neil opened up about his wife’s pregnancy, and shared to a leading media portal, “We learnt of the pregnancy a few of months ago but wanted for things to settle in before making the news public. Previous trips to Abu Dhabi had been all about shopping for us, but this time it is entirely focussed on our baby. We are picking out things in neutral colours because we don’t know yet if it’s a boy or a girl. I just want to make sure that Rukmini is happy. We have been visiting all the maternity sections in malls and it’s amazing to see the tiny mittens and baby clothes. Talking about the excitement level running in their families, Neil said, “Mom and dad have been hands-on parents and will be fabulous grandparents. My mother has already brought out the cot for the baby that has been passed down for generations. Neil Nitin Mukesh further stated, "The arrival of our first born hasn't seeped in yet but I'm definitely very excited for the next phase in my life. I am lucky to have great support system at home, who are constantly guiding Rukmini on the dos and don'ts. We are okay with a baby girl or a baby boy as long as the baby is healthy. She’s happy that everyone has been pampering her even more than before.”
Meanwhile, mommy-to-be, Rukmini, who is currently nearing the end of her first trimester, was quoted as saying, “Neil will be an excellent father just as he is a fantastic husband. He loves children. The family has been taking good care of me. An elated grandfather-to-be, Nitin Mukesh, tagged this phase as "the happiest moment in our lives." He further remarked, "This is the 4th generation of the Mukesh legacy. This means the world to us and we are very elated. The one thing Nishi and I were looking forward to after Neil got married was a grandchild. In fact, Nishi has started redesigning the family cot that has been passed on from generation to generation for the new arrival.”
Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Neil Mukesh will have a godh bharai (baby shower) function in Mumbai for their family and friends after Neil wraps up his 45-day schedule for Saaho in Abu Dhabi. Congratulations to the soon-to-be-parents, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Rukmini Neil Mukesh.
