Growing up is inevitable and as life moves forward, we often take a stroll down the memory lane to reminisce the good old childhood days. Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's daughter, Shweta Bachchan Nanda was MIA for a long time and made her comeback on social media at the end of June. For the unversed, Shweta did not follow the footsteps of her star family and had taken a different profession as her career, in which her interests lied.
As her comeback post, Shweta Bachchan Nanda had posted a throwback video from 1981, in which her father, Amitabh Bachchan had introduced her and Abhishek Bachchan to his fans after his performance on stage. Shweta had captioned the video as "Haalo, is it me you're looking for?" Shweta's daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda had commented on the post, "Welcome back".

Now, Shweta Bachchan Nanda posted another throwback memory from her childhood. Shweta shared a picture from her school, with her classmates and teacher, asking everyone to spot her. Shweta captioned the post as "WHERE's WALDO? Class photo: Bombay Scottish School circa 1980's. (Hint- all the tall girls were made to sit on the floor)." Navya Naveli Nanda was quick to comment, "Hi twin". To which, Shweta replied, "@navyananda Errr, we are not doing this today! Cool?" Zoya Akhtar commented, "You look like Navya here." To which, Maheep Kapoor replied, "@zoieakhtar was just going to say that … exact Navya @shwetabachchan."
A week ago, Shweta Bachchan Nanda had posted a series of collages featuring the animated versions of herself, her mother, Jaya Bachchan and her daughter, Navya Naveli Nanda. Shweta had captioned the pictures as "Incredibelles? All female family of super-heroines forced to hide their powers (the ability to serve basic low key banter and severe OCD with a smile while saving the world)." Navya had reacted with laughing and heart emojis on Shweta's post. The doting mom asked her, "@navyananda you like?"

When Shweta Bachchan Nanda had turned 47 in March 2021, Navya Naveli Nanda had posted a throwback family picture with her mom, her dad, Nikhil Nanda and her brother, Agastya Nanda, in the frame. To wish her mom and dad on their birthday, Navya had captioned the post as "Happy birthday mom and dad. Nothing better than you." Navya had also posted a throwback picture from her childhood, to wish Shweta on her birthday. For the unversed, Shweta celebrates her birthday on March 17, a day before her husband, Nikhil's birthday.
Sometime back, Navya Naveli Nanda was interviewed by Vogue and on a social media post, the star-kid was quoted about the influence of 'working women' and growing up around such strong ladies in her family, on her. On the post, a netizen had dropped a comment, "What work does her mother do? LOL." To which, Navya had replied, "@tarakaursingh2 She's an author, writer, designer, wife & mother" followed by a smiley face emoticon. Sharing a screenshot of the comment, Navya had written on her IG story, "Being a mother and a wife is a full-time job. Please don't discredit women who are homemakers. Their role is so crucial in the upbringing of a generation that will hopefully support their contribution instead of tearing it down."
