One of the famous television actresses who is on cloud nine these days is none other than, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya actress Loveleen Kaur Sasan, also known as Lovey Sasan. The reason behind her happiness is her engagement with her long-term boyfriend Koushik Krishnamurthy. On March 8, 2018, Lovey exchanged rings in a South Indian traditional style after a small puja in an old age home founded by Koushik’s parents. Talking to a leading portal about the same, the actress was quoted as saying, "Yes, last night (March 8, 2018) we did exchange rings after a small pooja according to South Indian rituals. It's a tradition in my in-laws house to celebrate anything auspicious in the aashram first.” On the following day i.e. on March 9, 2018, they had a close-knit roka in a Gurudwara followed by a grand engagement where they officially exchanged rings. This grand function took place at Gayatri Vihar Bangalore Palace.
Loveleen on this note was quoted as saying, "This morning (March 9, 2018), our roka happened in a Gurudwara. Tonight, we will host a big function at Bangalore Palace, where we will officially exchange rings." Earlier she said, "Both Koushik and I believe that we are blessed to celebrate this special day with those less fortunate. Since I am a Punjabi, my family has also planned a ceremony at a Gurudwara later in the day." On her big fat engagement ceremony, the actress chose to wear light-coloured lehenga. Loveleen is head over heels in love with Koushik. She feels lucky to have him in her life. In an interview earlier, she said, "He is extremely positive and cheerful. I am lucky to have found him." It’s a love-cum-arranged marriage for this lovely couple. It was Lovey’s Bhabhi who introduced the two. Once, the Saath Nibhaana Saathiya actress was quoted as saying, "It is sort of an arranged-cum-love match. My bhabhi introduced me to Koushik on a common WhatsApp group as she thought he was a perfect match for me."
